Boring Lemon?
Well then. I guess I have to dive into the world of Orto Parisi fragrances. Bergamask it is for starters. I have had the chance to smell many fragrances over the years and during my many scent journeys (Poland, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). I have also tried a few from OP already.
The citrusy start makes it boring for me to even think about anything.
What is this lemon doing? What is it looking for? Or am I looking for something?
Something medicinal. But what? Those drying wipes that you sometimes use after a chicken meal?
Ah, how was that again? The water bath with lavender?
As the saying goes: Patience brings roses.
The sillage suits me. Very citrusy close to the skin, but the sillage... Hmmm. The spiciness comes out. I stick with the lavender. Fragrant flowers in the sunlight at a warm 28°. But that's enough.
I can't smell it up close. The citrusy note lingers too long. In the sillage... Hm... Heavenly. But am I too young for this? (27). No. I wear what I like. I like this one. However, the season is currently too warm.
Furthermore, in my opinion, there is hardly any change. But that's quite okay. The sillage is still very present. Close to the skin still "not detectable." It mixes. The spiciness lifts off. The citrusy note disappears in the sillage.

Swiss Ocean Freshness
The sample fluttered in. Being part of the Circle is an exciting point. That's how Pernoire is structured. Nice, personal contact. Testing various samples and then sharing your own opinion. That's how the
Vitias was created.
The deepest point of the ocean. But what does it smell like there? Definitely something marine. What else? No idea.
Even with the prototypes, I often found the fresh scents very good. You can tell that Vincent Micotti has his fingers in it. I quickly detected a wonderful Ys Uzac fragrance.
Full of anticipation, I was able to fish the sample out of my mailbox today.
The deck chair, right in the sandy beach, reserved for me. I lay my towel on it. I take a few steps in the warm sand and notice how the sun heats my pale, white skin. Of course, I forgot the sunscreen. So back to the hotel, grab the sunscreen, and return to the beach. I climb down the steep slope to the sea in my flip-flops. A light breeze glides over my short hair. It's warm. Too warm for me. Back on the deck chair. The sunshade protects my face from the sun. There’s no one in sight. I am now lying alone on the beach and listening to the roaring sea. The small waves crash against the stones. I am getting tired. I close my eyes and fall asleep......
.... It is evening when I wake up. A few degrees cooler than before. But the wind has picked up a bit. I smell fresh sea air. I am thirsty. The stairs to the hotel are a few meters away from me. I climb them and head to the bar. First, I order a bottle of water, which doesn’t last a minute. I ask the bartender to mix me a drink that is refreshing. The glass immediately forms condensation. It looks really cool. I take it and walk down the stairs to the beach. I am curious about what he has mixed for me. A few people have joined me. I no longer feel so lonely. The first sip leaves me cold. Urgh. Bitter, sweet, salty. All at once. My tongue recognizes grapefruit/lime. Very fruity/tart. Slightly bitter. But it is totally refreshing. The breeze is gone. I lie back on the deck chair and enjoy the last rays of sunshine. It’s time to head back to the hotel. On the stairs, the higher I go, the wind starts again. A wonderful sea air. Unfortunately, my drink is empty. I enjoy the air. It fits very well. After dinner, I order another one of those drinks and let the evening wind down outside at the hotel bar. Tomorrow the return journey begins, and the day will remain a good memory for me.
And this is how I experience this wonderful Pernoire fragrance.
After spraying, it is totally fresh, citrusy with a lot of lime. After a short time, a salty note emerges. This joins with woody spices. The freshness remains. A very good summer scent. I smell iris after a while. But that also disappears again. After a certain time, the salty note fades, leaving a grapefruit/lime-heavy scent.
For me, a successful fresh scent (No shower gel synthetic bomb).
For some too linear, for me very good. I like it fresh.
Thank you for reading.
Also, thanks for the opportunity to be somewhat involved in the fragrance.

Almond Scent for Autumn, Perfect
At the same time as Sense Dubai 2, the 5 is applied, of course on the other palm.
I really like almonds. Whether it's pure or in a dessert, I enjoy them. The same goes for the scent, but it's not for my fragrance cabinet.
Start:
It starts with a cannon full of almonds. Hitting hard in the nose. Marzipan/almond. However, not overly sweet or anything like that. No, wonderful almonds, very clear. But the strength fades relatively quickly. It becomes softer. The almond scent diminishes nicely but is always detectable.
Development:
Longevity seems to be in short supply here. The development also passes relatively quickly. The almond fades and it becomes softer due to the amber and possibly musk. On my skin, the scent becomes increasingly fruity. Quite okay, not a ripe fruit sweetness but a well-balanced fruit cocktail with a hint of almonds.
This scent also seems to be made more for women. In the scent development, I can also say that the fragrance has a slight floral component.
Amber comes out wonderfully on my skin.
A nice scent, unfortunately not very long-lasting on my skin. What a pity.
Looking forward to the remaining tests.

Floral Journey in the Cold Autumn
The journey continues with the wonderful scents from Sense Dubai, which are hardly available in Europe.
It starts with a strongly scented bouquet of flowers. Little fruitiness, that develops only later. I stand in the flower shop and consider which bouquet I should choose for a gift. The bouquet with jasmine is immediately set aside. Too strong. Too feminine and not to my taste. I prefer the one with the nice rose and its fresh scent. That's how I feel about the fragrance.
Start:
Very strong jasmine and lily of the valley. Too strong. The scent is way too feminine, although it is listed as unisex. It is cool outside. It actually fits perfectly for this season. It would be too intense for summer. The scent is supported by galbanum. I do not like this fragrance note. It feminizes so many scents. This one is no exception.
Development:
As it develops, the clear lily of the valley scent fades and the jasmine becomes more prominent. Many of the mentioned fragrance notes I cannot smell at any time (apple, pineapple, cherry, orange blossom, etc.).
I can easily imagine this scent on a young, active woman. It also works great on older ladies. On a man? Well, the base notes would actually fit well. But I can hardly smell those again. Musk might still be present in the base. A fragrance that is recommended for women to try. However, it resembles too many women's fragrances for my liking. What a shame.
End:
Yes, eventually, when the jasmine has taken over the dominance, there are hardly any noticeable changes. But that's fine. It doesn’t suit me anyway. What a pity.
Honey might still be detectable in the base.
Testing recommendation? Yes, indeed. But not for a man. Thus, no bottle will be purchased here either.

Leather Polish Style
I also get to test this one.
2 sprays on the back of my right hand. Leather. Strong leather spreads in my nose. Deeep leather. The leather jacket that has been worn for several years now. But something green emerges in between. Deep in the forest, right among the trees. My leather jacket flutters with the wind. Somewhere, on the wet ground, I see something green. It smells wonderful. Fresh, wet forest floor.
But the leather is not so overwhelmingly dominant. Due to the top note, it soon fades into the background. It is still detectable, but no longer the bomb it was at the beginning. The scent remains spicy-leathery. The density of the base beautifully supports the fragrance.
Now we move into the minty-spicy. The scent is green in its progression. Delicious.
The leather note continues to fade nicely and slowly disappears into the darkness. Leather makes way for something new. It remains warm and minty (juniper?).
Great men's scent. The opposite of Sense Dubai 8 (clearly feminine).
Now the leather slowly diminishes. Barely detectable. The minty-freshness is still in the foreground. But the scent is by no means fresh, as it has a rather heavy base. Labdanum emerges. Not my favorite note, but it fits perfectly with this fragrance.
It becomes nutty. This change in the scent fascinates me. And now it remains relatively linear. Leather almost disappeared. Juniper is still well detectable. So it continues. Now the fresh-minty fades away and it becomes warmer. Mossy-greenish. I like it a lot. It reminds me of a scent I can't quite name right now. And so it remains. Nutty-mossy-green with a slight leather accord.
A good scent for any season. Initially, I would have said more for winter due to the leather, but I move away from that and would now say towards the end, better to wear in summer/autumn/spring at not 30°. Then it will definitely be great. Tested at around 23°.
