My FAVE Designer fragrance of 2024 hands down. I would def call this fragrance a woody, tropical-ish Gormand?? Im getting a smooth, sweet, creamy Bananas with peel and all smeared all over a creamy woodiness with herbal hints provided by the Chamomile and then ya got that amazing (Clean) Patchouli Base... Awesome!! The fragrance is quite long-lasting and has good projection. It can be "Over-Done" because again, it is quite sweet and I feel may even be too heavy for the hotter Summer days. I also feel this can be worn year-round and can most def push through the cold winter days. Ive had it for about a year now and its gotten EVEN STRONGER over-time where 3 to 4 spritzes will last me all day easily. I own nearly 200 fragrances, yet NOTHING I own smells quite like Birds of Paradise. A real LOVE for me.

Maaan, If anyone can recall Avon's Mesmerize released in 1992, then you would certainly think that Layton smells (SUSPICIOUSLY) like Mesmerize does! My brother was with me when I first tried Layton at Macy's, we both looked at eachother in shock as we immediately recognized Avon's original Mesmerize DNA which we both wore well over 20 years ago! So, I looked Mesmerize up on Fragrantica looking for similarities, and YEP! There are quite a few in common (especially the main ones).. I invite ANYONE to go look it up as well, LOL! And then "CLONE HOUSES" get so much hate from Frag-Com? Atleast they make it so fragrances are more affordable, NOT so they pass off what (they hoped) was a forgotten DNA as an original "Niche dna" for ridiculous prices! But hey, it worked, right?? Im NOT trynna hate on anyones taste, It does smell great and "UNIQUE" in comparison of today's fragrances, and YES, PDM did it WAY BETTER!,..
BUT Oh LAWD, FOR PETE'S SAKE!

Lattafa Al Azal smells like a fresh, mild, slightly anamalic leather/suede perfume with what my nose picks up as a sweet cantope/honey dew melon accord along with maybe a jin/vodka accord aswell which is probably juniper berries along with a mild woody base. Someone here compared this to CH Men which is possible because I have NO CLUE whether Al Azal this is a clone or not, plus I cannot fond the notes for Al Azal anywhere. Performance is decent in my opinion, about 6 to 7 hours of longevity with a decent sillage. Al Azal is an addictive (office safe) versatile, Summer/Spring fragrance imo and when Im wearing it, I cant stop sniffing my arm/shoulder because its such a pleasant scent. 10 outta 10 scent in my book and is quickly becoming one of my all time favorite Lattafas
