The next Daily?
I came across this interesting fragrance when I was first filling up other fragrances.
L'Immensité is like an endless horizon to me - clear, wide, cool, but with a bit of melancholy underneath. The fragrance starts fresh and slightly bitter with grapefruit and ginger - very clean, almost meditative.

What I like about L'Immensité: it is minimalist, but not empty. It doesn't scream, but it stays. For me, it's a fragrance that you can wear every day without it ever becoming boring. Not a typical crowdpleaser, but one that has style - in a very quiet, clean way.

It reminds me a little of Bleu de Chanel, but with more air and less "blue". If you like ambroxan, you'll find it here. If you are looking for emotional depth, maybe too.

All in all, it is a very masculine fragrance that stands out for its complexity.

One of the best fragrances
When I think of summer, I now think of Afternoon Swim. The name pretty much sums it up - it's like jumping into cool, deep blue water when the sun is blazing and you're just happy to be on vacation.

The opening is a real vitamin C firework: orange, mandarin, bergamot - sparkling, almost euphoric. And while many citrus fragrances quickly become flat or soapy, Afternoon Swim remains lively. No soap vibes, no eau de shower gel - but real perfume with character.

What particularly surprised me: Despite its lightness, the fragrance has substance. It remains present, develops minimally but charmingly - without ever being overpowering. And yes, better than Imagination. It feels too synthetic on my skin, a little unbalanced - Afternoon Swim, on the other hand, feels like a coherent, clear thought that you want to think about again and again.

The fragrance entices you to smell it on your arm all day long.

Ideal for hot days, clear thoughts and a good mood. And for me, quite clearly: one of the best fresh designer fragrances of recent years.

My first niche fragrance
I've tried a lot of perfumes, but Tom Ford Oud Wood really impressed me - in a quiet, elegant way. It's not a fragrance that shouts loudly or immediately draws attention to itself. Rather, it unfolds its effect with restraint, sophistication and depth.

For the first hour, it is not really my cup of tea, but then it unfolds completely and takes over the whole room. This happens when the oud comes to the fore. And that is what makes this fragrance so special for me: the oud is there, but in a completely different way to other fragrances of this kind. It is not animalistic or medicinal - but soft, elegant and almost velvety. The whole thing is supported by creamy sandalwood and some vetiver, which gives the fragrance a certain grounding and calmness.

At the end, a warm base remains on my skin: vanilla, amber and tonka bean give the fragrance a gentle depth.

What I particularly like: Oud Wood is very wearable. I can wear it to the office, to evening events or simply when I want to pamper myself. The longevity is very good for me - I can smell it all day long without it ever being overpowering. The sillage is subtle but present - perfect for someone who values style but doesn't want to force attention.

The bottle itself is also a statement: simple, heavy, dark - just like the fragrance inside. For me, Oud Wood stands for a certain kind of maturity and self-confidence.
