... The first perfume I bought for myself "Hidden Fantasy | Britney Spears" it was a feel good scent to me and smelling it today reminds me of my teenage years.

... She's not my favorite, but since I just watched it: Catherine Tramell, from Basic Instinct. I give her "Alien (Eau de Parfum) | Mugler" , attractive but cold, intriguing and hard to forget.

How to properly search in the forum

Parfumo Community
... Hi guys! I want recommendations on skin scents, so I searched for "skin scent" on the forum to find previous topics asking for the same thing. But the search returned both "skin" and "scent" results, even though I used quotation marks. How to properly search for expressions?

EXILED! The stories from Defected Fragrantican Members

Parfumo Community
... Aspasia0 PaulaAlves Ursaw I wasn't exiled, but decided to move over here of my own free will once I learned about this place on Reddit. Fragrantica is the main website that pops up when I'm looking up perfumes, so I gravitated to it out of necessity. I don't mind the outdated and clunky UI, and while it was unpleasant to constantly be bombarded with ads that cover half of my screen, I didn't mind that much either. But it felt like a very hostile environment for any non-positive reviews, and once I found out that the overall icky atmosphere is a feature that stems from the leadership's politics, I was itching to be somewhere else . So I jumped ship as soon as I learned that Parfumo is a thing that exists. Even if it isn't as content filled and/or active right now, if this hobby lasts, I'm capable enough of producing new content myself. And if that's how things are gonna go — I'd prefer to share the fruits of my labor with a healthier little platform rather than continue feeding that beast. Exactly the same with me. A recent article featuring the new fragrance of a certain politician in very entusiastic way showed me that maybe I didn't want to be a part of that community. Fortunately, I saw someone saying they were moving to Parfumo before the comment was deleted by the admins, so here I am. But there's one thing, I'm brazilian and rely a lot on the brazilian Fragrantica to discuss our local brands. Maybe I will be able to bring brazilian perfumes to Parfumo's database, you guys deserve to know Natura and Granado, our top two brands. We have both brands in our database but if perfumes are missing you are welcome to suggest them in the research area =) https://www.parfumo.de/Parfums. .. https://www.parfumo.de/Parfums. .. Thank youuu! I'll suggest the one's I think are missing.

... Does anyone know some animalic fragrances that are not heavy and/or masculine leanimg? Does it even exist, actually? I always wanted to have an animalic scent to wear when I feel wild but heavy/masculine scents are not my type (btw I already own CK Obsession )

What size of bottle do you prefer?

Perfumes & Brands
... Usually the middle size ones. Like, if they offer 30, 60 and 90ml, I'll go for the 60ml. I don't buy the smaller ones bc if I'm buying a fragrance it's bc I tested it before and really loved it. But not the larger ones bc I get sick of scents after a while and need to constantly rotate them, so they tend to last a while on my hands. Middle size is perfect and also has some nice cost-benefit compared to the small ones.
