Encens Japonais Aedes de Venustas 2021

Encens japonais is a very interesting and different incence perfume, above all during the opening and medium phases. It opens citric an powdery, with a great combo or iris and Orange. Then the perfume begins to turn into a darker mix, with coffee and Patchouly as main actors. To the dry down the incense increase his protagonism becoming an almost solinote olibanum fragrance on the last hours of the developement of the perfume.
The fragrance is dark, balsámic, sweet, powdery and Smoky. For me the opening is just great and the dry very similar to other very good incense fragrances like Reve d'ossian by Oriza L. Legrand. It has also a musky and leathery vibe during almost the while developement of the fragrance.
It is a perfect option for daily wearing, since It is pleasant and warm and has a moderate projection which is almost Impossible that could disturb someone.
