Waited a long time to get hold of it, now it's here. Starts a bit stale somehow. Mhhhh.
Fortunately, this subsides after 2 minutes. Smells of cherry grog, incense, a hint of raspberry, leather, earth, wood, tobacco, vanilla. Everything quite mixed, nothing too dominant.
What I find very surprising, however, is that it has a completely different effect on clothing. Much fresher and fruitier. It also has this strong cherry-conjac note, but luxurious and masculine, awesome! I like it much better than on the skin. Wow, I really, really like that.
After a few minutes on clothes, much fruitier, brighter and fresher. Not quite as vanilla-like. The high-proof cherry concoction slowly turns into a cherry liqueur with apple and peach influences. Can't name anything as a comparison, definitely has something of its own.
After 10 minutes, it develops better and better on the skin and becomes more fruity. But then it smells a little darker, woodier, smokier and earthier.
The few sprays on my sweater don't leave me in peace at all, absolute addiction factor, and it definitely has a little of that fruity Guerlain Ideal DNA that was mentioned. Masculine, strong, fruity-fresh cherry liqueur. It is also elegant and sexy, with a macho aura, and simply delicious. But you can also wear it on a date if you're the type. It will make one or two women melt away. Not a fragrance for young surfer boys, at least not at first. However, it becomes softer and more sociable as it progresses. It doesn't intoxicate with fragrance games, and as it progresses, the fresh fruitiness diminishes somewhat, but the longevity is good. I also like the fact that the vanilla has been held back a little. Yes, what can I say? A good, masculine, fruity fragrance with that little something extra. Not too light, not too dark and suitable for everyday use. It impressed me and is one of my favorites.
