I love you sitting and lying down and...

... when we are angels, then also while flying. This comes to mind when I see the bottle with the angel wings and that from a band that is anything but harmlessly soft.

Upon applying this fragrance, the first thing that hits the nose is a spicy anise scent with floral accents. This is accompanied by fruity and further floral notes that make this fragrance a bit softer. Additionally, there are woody accords that give the scent a slightly more mature and slightly masculine character.

The longevity and sillage are good.

Here we have a fragrance that can actually pass as unisex. I find it quite suitable from around 20 years old, and it can serve as an all-rounder.

Anyone who enjoys a spicy woody scent with anise should definitely give this one a try.

Incense Sticks for the Goth Girl

Wood, lots of earth, anise, gingerbread chocolate, raisin sweetness, a bit floral, and a really cool burnt paper smell that makes it truly awesome. After a while, it smells a bit like fuel, and I love the scent of gasoline. It does remind me of a 16-year-old goth girl, and I honestly can't understand who would want to smell like an incense stick, but the fragrance has something to it, I must admit. However, this sweet chocolate note kind of ruins it.

... electric rhythm guitar. Even during my visit to the specialty perfumery ROSSMANN, I noticed that the cube bottle adorned with the kitschy scroll-saw angel wings bore the term "Oh-de-Toilette".
Nomen est omen. What sprayed out of this wonder of post-industrial chemistry was a sweet-spicy mush that reflexively made me think of a nagging woman in her forties with borderline personality disorder. Well, I can still tolerate magnolia, but adding anise to that... After I managed to keep my dürüm inside with great effort, I fervently hope that no country-style liver sausage appears in the heart note. To my relief, there’s only a chewed-up piece of gum in there. Not enough mint to be fresh, enough gum to recognize condoms, and to provoke unusual images in my head. Presumably, that was supposed to be cashmere, this permanent crisis region between the arch-enemy states of India and Pakistan. Mission accomplished. Check.
The conclusion is rounded off by sandalwood, and I capitulate.
The perfect signature scent in a self-discovery phase. Flabby, mushy, unbearable. One can safely gift it to any teenager one doesn't care about. I invite more volunteers for a suicidal self-experiment!
