I would like to start with a comparison.
Guidance Eau de Parfum The OG is much spicier than the dupes, it's also stronger and really noticeable, the longevity is outstanding. It would also be a shame not to notice the fragrance at this price point :) I don't go around in this upper price range, but I do like to try out bottlings to compare them with the dupes. Many have tried, but there is still no 1:1 dupe for this in my opinion, I understand that there is a note that all 4 have which is why you can say that they go in a common direction. This fragrance is one of the few where I can understand why people would pay the price. Really outstanding! The spicy OG.
Stellar Amber Oops, the test strip smells like nothing again, it needs to be sprayed again - that's where the problem lies. Short commercial break. Let's continue - I liked this fragrance so much that I really wanted to try the OG for the same reason. The Zara version is really nice, I very rarely buy backups, but I had to have one of these, with Zara you never know when they will be out of stock again. The consumption is very impressive anyway as the durability is horrible. A nice, clean, slightly different fragrance. The incense dupe.
Bayn Al Asrar I understand the intention that it should be a dupe again, but no thanks. More floral, less incense/osmanthus-heavy and with better longevity than the Stellar Amber. The floral dupe.
Now we finally come to the star
Musk pour Amber I love you - seriously.
It has that base again, which is why you can't help but think of the other 3 perfumes mentioned, yet it's different too, it's so perfect. It doesn't have the spiciness of the OG but goes in a sweet direction. It's bare skin, clean, sweet, floral, elegant, beautiful, my god, how can a description ever do it justice. This is what it must feel like when you've found your fragrance. I have told my girlfriend that this is the perfect scent for intimacy, I hope the description here in the review is ok and I don't get any flak. A male person was interviewed and he literally answered my question about how to describe the fragrance: As if bees were pollinating flowers- interesting :D
It starts with a pear and incense combination, which makes the pear wonderfully soft and creamy. Then this gives way to a hazelnut cream (we're not talking Nutella here) jasmine combination that really packs a punch. This lays itself on the clean musk bed on which little vanilla stars trickle and make the fragrance appear wonderfully sweet. Very special.
