This does not have the resinous vibe that I typically expect from something called "Amber" I get a light musk, sort of like fresh laundry where you used a nice dryer sheet. I love this for days when I want something, but nothing intrusive. I can barely smell this unless my nose is pressed to my arm, but sometimes I like that. Some people may not be able to smell this at all, I get the feeling that large molecule base notes are what make up this fragrance.

Almost nonexistent

This is a very clean, white amber scent. Doesn’t smell animalic at all, just fresh and easy to wear. Layers well with lots of other perfumes and is appropriate to wear literally whenever.

In terms of performance, you’re getting what you pay for. It has an intimate sillage, meaning you can only really smell it if you put your nose to your skin. The longevity is not great and because it’s an oil form, you can’t really apply it to your clothes to get that added staying power.

It’s nice to have when your collection is smaller or if you’re looking for more easy going scents, but it’s not a must have. I’m learning that as my collection grows, I need my scents on the stronger side. I have to really love a scent for me to be okay with poor performance.

After finishing my bottle last year, I knew I wasn’t going to repurchase it. If by chance I am missing it later on, I’ll definitely rebuy because it is a great price and is easily accessible. For now, I’m happy to have had it and used it, but it’s not something I love or need to have.
