Fleur Narcotique, but worse
To my nose, Azora is a sharper, fruitier version of Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique, and I can't understand why it has a higher rating on Parfumo at the moment. I tested this before I tried Fleur Narcotique and thought it smelled hairspray-esque in the opening and fruitier in the drydown. Citrus, litchi and peach, all very synthetic in feel. It reminded me of the thing that happens when you wear a fresh-fruity scent with a musky base for a day and take a hot shower in the evening that reactivates the scent. But amped up. It's a very intense, radiant, bracing scent.

Fleur Narcotique has that radiant, artificial cleanliness, too. But i find it more rounded and feminine leaning. In Azora, the fruity notes disturb the freshly-showered effect I love in Fleur Narcotique. It might sound a little weird and it really doesn't smell exactly like that, it's just an association, but to me it evokes the same stickiness as the hands of little children after they have spilled fruit juice or carried singular gummy bears around for too long. Imagine that, mixed with a really sharp, aggressive laundry musk. Or maybe don't.

I must admit that this gets closer to Fleur Narcotique in the drydown. The messy fruity thing is just a phase and the sharpness mellows quite considerably. At this point, it's pleasant.
But still, I don't really get the appeal. Small tweaks can make a huge difference in fragrances.

Love on the second Sprüh♥️
Love on the second spray. The first time, I thought the scent was too intense. I asked my husband to put on the scent, very beautiful! then I would be braver, and now the scent is no longer away to think. Summer scent for me unequivocal. Attar Collection has more than 300 years of history. Attar used to only supply the Konigshauser. Since 2015 also the "people"
It smells like an exotic garden with hoops of peaches, litshis, a sea of flowers that remain discreetly in the background. Later, I'll add some woody-smoky. For men, the natural masculine scent is added. Very sexy...
Would like to get to know other scents of the house.

Ocean and desert
I'm not a big fan of extremely fresh scents. Because I'm warm-hued, they open up all weird, unattractive on my skin. But I love oriental scents more than anything. The warmth and sensuality with which they embrace you is a feeling of happiness for me.
Because I heard about the freshness before, Azora was automatically not a particularly exciting candidate for me.
May the desert gods forgive me for that!
I had misjudged Azora.

About the fragrance.
After the first spray came a fresh breeze,
Nope! A giant wave from the Persian Gulf. Does this freshness fit an Oriental? At first I thought "not."
The freshness was impressive and a little exaggerated, but in no way in an unpleasant way, then came to lychees and flowers, woods and musk all seemed so incredibly harmonious until the end it remained in harmony. By the way, I find musk particularly cuddly and gentle in all Attar fragrances. Here is no unnecessary sweetness to expect.
Sillage and durability are strong.
Definitely unisex.

I fell in love with Azora. This is a great fresh oriental fragrance.
I see a great similarity with Fleur Narcotique, but Azora I find more authentic and successful.

A spring morning.
The fragrance starts citrusy, tangy, green. Normally, citrusy fragrances are too pungent for me. They quickly remind me of anti-buzz insect spray. But not here, because the turn into the fruity heart sweetens the introduction perfectly.

Here too then... sweet, fruity fragrances are quickly too sticky, too girly, too teeny-bopper for me. I wait for my eyes to roll so I can write the perfume off. But I don't roll my eyes.

Instead, the fragrance develops wonderfully. The woods and musk ensure that the airy fragrance notes gain some grounding.

I now find myself mentally on a spring morning. It's one of those first spring mornings when you think long and hard about whether you should put your jacket on or not, until you finally decide to bravely and confidently leave the house without it. Then you shiver optimistically, because today is going to be a sunny spring day.

Mood enhancer
Azora a flower meadow in early summer with peaches and orange falling on it. In my early days at Parfumo, I was looking for a wildflower fragrance. I haven't found it yet, but my bad mood (snow up to my ankles, icy and not having seen the sun for days) disappeared for a moment today when I tested this fruity floral fragrance. From the name and appearance of the bottle, I was expecting a heavy Arabian musky, jasmine-heavy candidate. What I got was a premonition of spring. Fresh laundry flutters to dry in the warm sun. I buy myself a colorful bouquet of flowers and the first peaches and hold my face up to the sun. In my opinion, the comparison with Fleur Narcotique Eau de Parfum is a bit off, as this candidate is somewhat cooler, almost metallic, compared to Azora. Let's hope that the next Azores high won't be too long in coming.
