Fleur Narcotique, but worse
To my nose, Azora is a sharper, fruitier version of Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique, and I can't understand why it has a higher rating on Parfumo at the moment. I tested this before I tried Fleur Narcotique and thought it smelled hairspray-esque in the opening and fruitier in the drydown. Citrus, litchi and peach, all very synthetic in feel. It reminded me of the thing that happens when you wear a fresh-fruity scent with a musky base for a day and take a hot shower in the evening that reactivates the scent. But amped up. It's a very intense, radiant, bracing scent.
Fleur Narcotique has that radiant, artificial cleanliness, too. But i find it more rounded and feminine leaning. In Azora, the fruity notes disturb the freshly-showered effect I love in Fleur Narcotique. It might sound a little weird and it really doesn't smell exactly like that, it's just an association, but to me it evokes the same stickiness as the hands of little children after they have spilled fruit juice or carried singular gummy bears around for too long. Imagine that, mixed with a really sharp, aggressive laundry musk. Or maybe don't.
I must admit that this gets closer to Fleur Narcotique in the drydown. The messy fruity thing is just a phase and the sharpness mellows quite considerably. At this point, it's pleasant.
But still, I don't really get the appeal. Small tweaks can make a huge difference in fragrances.
