Dream of My Youth
My personal prime example of the power of scents in connection with emotions...
I’m freshly 18, first job, and the first real love that completely sweeps you off your feet! Speedlife always by my side. When I smell the fragrance today, I’m instantly back there - an incredible feeling!
Speedlife was one of the first perfumes I actively acquired, now definitely over 10 years ago... Even back then, the scent blew me away and I received several compliments for it.
Fruity, fresh, sweet, even slightly feminine in my opinion. To me, the fragrance smells of vigor, activity, and playfulness. And above all, "being in love in summer." A truly positive aura without trying to include anything serious or solemn. Slightly aquatic notes in the background and a scent composition that I haven’t smelled anywhere else...
Definitely something special - of course, no performance like an expensive one, but for the price (already very cheap back then in the drugstore) a super deal.
Unfortunately, no longer available today. I still remember ordering about 4 bottles online back then. Recently, as a well-known perfume freak in my circle, I received a bottle of After Shave from leftover stock. Smells just as good, but lasts shorter... My last bottle still has about 10 ML, but I won’t touch it :)
