Superb encapsulation of creme brulee with supporting spices, woods, resins
Sampling Cremelle, one of the latest two releases from Gallagher Fragrances (the other being Cadence), and a very delicately balanced, sweet, creamy, and slightly spicy gourmand. It smells mainly of crème brulee, accented by spices, woods, and resins, really an elegant gourmand blend that both accurately conjures the crème brulee dessert while also being a wearable, inviting perfume, really a superb achievement like the Pearlescent Collection’s original release, Baklava, but better, I would argue! Definitely a must-try for gourmand fans, and a very good performer. Consider it also among my favorites of the house, one of several great releases in 2023-24, including Tonkazure, Purple Powder, and Cadence.
Cremelle, part of the Pearlescent Collection, is extrait concentration and priced at $125 for 60ml, very reasonable in the current market for such quality.
