Interesting nosejob
This scent contains three notes I am not so familiar with: galagal, tobacco flower and vodka. I suppose that is why I find this scent very interesting. I have had it on my shelf for many years. Usually I wear a lot of other scents but sometimes I use this for a whole week. As soon as I spray it, my nose starts to work and I find myself sniffing my wrist several times every hour.
It starts out fruity but with a really intriguing note blended in. This opening lasts for half an hour, and then slowly the flowers declare their entrance. Lovely Iris in a really alluring mix with the acacia and vodka - so strange and exotic. I bet it is the Tobacco flower that leaves this really sweet impression. Finally I land in a base of ginger, a huge favourite of mine. With the amber and chocolate it becomes even more vivid than in a lot of other fragrances. The longevity is really something. Many hours’ journey with this interesting companion.
Sadly, this is discontinued. I can heartily recommend everyone to seek this out and buy it whenever possible. This is not necessarily your next favourite fragrance, but it is a different fragrance compared to a lot of the block busters.
