Crystalline Floral
This fragrance for me was very different after I spent the day smelling many fragrances that were particularly 'perfumey'. Omnia Crystalline is more watery than anything. It's refreshing, light and oceanic.

I'll start by saying that floral aquatics don't suit my skin chemistry nor my personality, but with that being said, I can appreciate them and in some instances, I do rather like them.

I'm on the fence in regards to Omnia Crystalline. It opened nicely on my skin with a delicious pear note and watery lotus, however the tea note is particularly strong which doesn't agree with my nose.

Throughout the transformation on the skin, Omnia Crystalline becomes ever so slightly soapy and clean. I must admit that if this fragrance was overwhelming or heavy I'd probably detest it, but in this case, seeing that it is so delicate and light, it is very pleasant.

The lasting strength is pretty good, excellent for such a light scent. The warm weather I've heard really brings out the beauty of this fragrance. I'll be interested to see how it fairs in Summer at the end of this year.

bamboo, lotus flower
The opening of Omnia Crystalline is a rather interesting and somewhat unique experience, at least when compared to other popular perfumes. It’s light, clean, and has a bit of a soapy quality to it but with a distinctly Asian influence.

Lotus, tea, and a pear-like smell (provided by the nashi fruit) are the main attractions here, which gives this Bvlgari perfume a floral-plant type of outdoorsy scent.

Omnia Crystalline is quite a feminine fragrance and doesn’t seem to include anything that could be considered heavy or overwhelming, which should make this one a good choice for the warmer months of the year.

The tea note really reminds me of a men’s cologne that I cannot quite recall the name of (maybe by Roberto Cavalli?), it’s really distinct and green, in it’s aroma. I also detect a hint of Alien Aqua Chic in this composition.

However, the major player here is the lotus note…so, if you’re not a fan, look for another perfume. It does have a different feel than the usual rose, iris, violet notes that are so often found in other ladies’ fragrances.

There is a slight musk which gives it some warmth and body. The dry down is woody and green, with some remaining fruit sweetness, but mostly that lotus flower as the focus of it all. Bamboo and a bit of moss coming through.

The immensity of a crystalline lake.
I love this scent. The first time I smelled it I was captivated and bought it. I identify with it and my friends say that this fragrance smells like me.
It is like being in a forest, sitting in front of a crystal clear lake with lotus flowers.
At the beginning I feel a watery freshness that is composed of pine and green tea, intertwined by dried peel of sweet mandarin.
The drydown evolves towards a dry woody (more intense than in previous editions) with nuances of incense (my perception feels like the one they burn in the church).
In general, I think it is a perfume that few people dislike, because if something characterizes it, it is discretion and softness.
It lasts more than acceptable on my skin, as well as on clothes.

Again, apologies for my bad English.

Crystals grow like plants
Pretty, light, and clear, exactly as promised. Opening is floral-fruity, with a bit of a throat-scratching green flourish for a minute after the first spray. The first hour or two consists of that watery accord -- lotus and a fruity gesture that you could call ya pear. The thing that elevates it is a touch of smooth herbal green -- the tea note I think. The result is pleasant, luminous and clean and oh so gentle. After about two hours, the drydown becomes more powdery-floral, and the whole experience lasts 3-4 hours total. It reminds me of L'eau d'Issey, but feels less likely to overwhelm, and is more careful along the way (but don't get me wrong, I love L'eau d'Issey).

I feel torn about Crystalline. On the one hand, it absolutely delivers on the premise, and does it with delicacy -- though perhaps too much delicacy, since it's a committed skin scent after about an hour, and doesn't last as long as I'd like. And -- I may be ridiculed for this, but every time, the smell makes me imagine a target demographic of rich white women who wear a lot of white, who talk about feng shui and meditation and decorate with Buddha statues. It has that sheerness, and a calculated combination of notes to make you think "zen." I obviously can't know the thought process behind how this perfume was formulated, so I that's just my impression.

In short: it's pretty, I tip my hat, but it could be more, and it ain't for me

(The line in the title is from "Crystalline" by Björk!)

Not for me!
I had high hopes for this, but there’s a really pungent and horrible undertone in this perfume that seems to dominate over everything else. This actually smells like Veet hair removal cream to me. I don’t get clean from this at all, only burning hair. Maybe it’s the guaiac wood, but it’s a definite pass for me!

I don’t know what it is about this perfume, but there’s a note in here I find really putrid and offensive. One of the worst scents

A delicate, sparkling fragrance that combines bamboo, pear, and lotus flower.

Really "cristalline", pure and bright. A zen scent . Unfortunately the sillage is weak and the design bottle isn't so ergonomic. High price.

It’s a very straightforward, elegant, crisp, and pleasing scent. No more no less. It would be a lot better, if the strength was boosted up

Citric and fresh linen without being too soapy. If it were an outfit, it would be the classic office blouse and pencil skirt. Solid everyday

Clean and fresh. High-end, understated, inoffensive.

Calls a clear blue lake to mind. Inoffensive, clean, a little fleeting. Sits close to the skin so it’s great for working in the clinic.

First association: clean - and then nothing. Smell remembers me somehow of the Garnier Mineral deodorant - for this it's way too expensive

It is giving floor cleaner!! A nice floral floor cleaner but floor cleaner nonetheless.
