Oh, it has been 3 years since I bought this pink treasure. CK fragrances have never blown me away. I once owned Eternity Moment. It was quite nice, just a bit too "fabric softener-like." And I really don't like the original Eternity..

Back then, in the summer of 2014, I was looking for a sweet, floral, and not too heavy scent for the summer. That’s when I discovered Eternity Summer while passing by. It was actually the bottle that piqued my curiosity. Yes! the typical Eternity bottle, but in pink!! and the bottom of the bottle was milky. It looked quite pretty. That drew me in.

When I sprayed it on, I knew this was my summer scent! And yes, it has remained that way to this day.

I mostly smell the peony, not sharp but cuddly and soft. In the background, the juicy watermelon and the water lily keep the scent from being too stuffy, adding an elegant freshness. Towards the end, the warm musk comes in and rounds out the fragrance.

Eternity Summer is a rose scent, but not an overwhelming one.
It is fresh, but also floral and perfect for summer, especially if you don't like aquatics (like me).

Unfortunately, it was a limited edition. That’s the only downside.. But since I bought it in the 100ml version back then and it lasts relatively well for a summer scent (around 5 hours it wafts around you, then it becomes close to the skin), I still have 50ml left :)

I can only hope that next summer, or the year after, a nice summer edition will come out that is reminiscent of my 2014 one :)

Strangely, the perfume smells strongly of lilac, even though there is none in it. Perhaps it’s the blend of peony and watermelon that you can faintly detect. The perfume simply smells like lilac in fresh water and makes me think of the swimming pool. The slightly woody base note keeps it from being too overpowering. Unfortunately, it loses its scent quite quickly.
