Between "Cool Water" and "Cool Water Intense
What I was excited about the new Davidoff Cool Water perfume, after I am like millions of other men and women a fan of the classic "Cool Water".
I would like to say right away: It is not a "more current" or "improved" version of the classic "Cool Water".
Is that bad!!! Yep...
I personally find such increases in a perfume series of Edt to EdP to Parfum, Parfum Intense, etc. always great when the basic DNA is maintained and the fragrance was revised or even actually improved (see, for example, Armani Code EdT to EdP, etc.)
Here we get "merely" a potent Freshie the (unfortunately) has nothing to do with the original fragrance, except the application with regard to the season --> spring / summer
Here you smell in the prelude immediately the lemon out, which harmonizes super with the sweeter pink pepper and gives you a fresh, slightly fruity-sweet blow. Makes in any case summery good mood :D
A little later then slowly emerges the vetiver, which makes the whole something herbaceous-balsamic and is further accompanied in the background of pink pepper.
The whole is rounded off by the sandalwood, gives the fragrance some depth and harmonizes.
Great is that the shelf life for a Freshie here is super 7-9h and the sillage in the first about 3h is strong with me and then slowly becomes skin closer, but is always perceptible.
Too bad that we do not get an improved original fragrance, however, this new Davidoff does in my eyes what he should do simply well.
He does not cool as the CW, however, he is - fortunately - not as sweet as the CWI. He is a middle thing from both fragrances.
The "Cool Water Parfum" refreshes us and on top of it brings us summery-sweet good mood that lasts a long time!

Imagination with a sharper top note
When my "Imagination | Louis Vuitton" was empty and I wasn't ready to spend so much money on a fragrance again, I looked for similar scents and stumbled across the "Art of Arabia I | Lattafa / لطافة"
As it is considered similar...

Inexpensive all-rounder. "Absolutely" recommendable!
In my search for a cheaper alternative to "Percival | Parfums de Marly", I was often disappointed, or rather there was simply nothing that suited me.
Either the longevity was too poor, the sillage was subterranean...
