Inexpensive all-rounder. "Absolutely" recommendable!
In my search for a cheaper alternative to Percival, I was often disappointed, or rather there was simply nothing that suited me.
Either the longevity was too poor, the sillage was subterranean or the fragrance itself was not close enough to Percival...
In my opinion, Absolutely Dark is now a worthy representative!
It starts with mandarin, bergamot and maritime notes, which makes it very fresh. This freshness remains present throughout, but later recedes more into the background.
After a short time, the point comes where it differs slightly from its "colleagues".
I find that tonka bean and cashmere make the fragrance "creamier", which I don't mean in a negative way. I'm not talking about a heavy and sweet "creaminess" here, but one that resonates pleasantly lightly.
Gradually, peppery and woody tones join in, making the fragrance - and I agree with the previous speakers - all in all "showery".
I personally like these types of fragrances because they make you smell well-groomed and are uncomplicated.
With the Absolutely Dark you have exactly the kind of "all-rounder" that always works.
Durability and sillage are above average and, depending on the dosage, even above average. All this at a ridiculously low price where more spraying doesn't hurt financially. :D
For me, I have found the alternative to Percival and give it a clear recommendation to buy!

Imagination with a sharper top note
When my "Imagination | Louis Vuitton" was empty and I wasn't ready to spend so much money on a fragrance again, I looked for similar scents and stumbled across the "Art of Arabia I | Lattafa / لطافة"
As it is considered similar...

Between "Cool Water" and "Cool Water Intense
What I was excited about the new Davidoff Cool Water perfume, after I am like millions of other men and women a fan of the classic "Cool Water".
I would like to say right away: It is not a "more current" or "improved"...
