Spring of the future

Normally I hate synthetic smelling fragrances, but I think that leads to this perfume smelling quite futuristic to me. It changes quite a bit as it settles down on my skin and the patchouli and bergamot notes shine through the most. It smells like how I imagine a greenhouse of flowers in space might smell I think because of that slight chemical undertone.

Would You Care for a Sanpellegrino, Ma'am?

This perfume has a very chemical and sharp opening. It turns more bearable after a few minutes. The star anise and lemon are at the forefront and patchouli and woody notes follow later on. This perfume reminds me of my grandmother and some fragrances she wears I kinda wanna get her opinion on this one. Personally I am not the biggest fan of all of these notes together it smells very sour and sharp because of the lemon. Kinda like a Sanpellegrino. On me it smells like a blood orange/bitter citrus. Very confusing. After around 6 hours when the base notes become more prominent I would say I enjoy it more. While this perfume is titled Spring I think this fragrance is very summer. Maybe this is due to the citrus it just smells like the sun is beaming down on you as you're running through your backyard that is connected to the woods, skipping down the stone pathway that leads to the 50 year old cedar trees that keep you company. Very interesting scent just not for me.
