Good Naxos Alternative with a Fresher Opening!
I treated myself to a bottle during my vacation in Turkey this year, directly from the MAD Store. I had been wanting a budget-friendly Naxos alternative for a while, and while on vacation, one tends to be a bit more generous, so it became the Treasure :)
In my opinion, the main difference lies in the opening. The Treasure is significantly fresher in the opening and indeed more lemony. For the first few minutes, it reminds me a bit of a lemon cake. I must admit that I like the opening even MUCH better than that of Naxos, and I would even wish that it lasted longer before transitioning into the drydown.
In the drydown itself, I don't notice any major differences compared to Naxos.
The only point of criticism on my part: the spray head is a disaster. I also have two other fragrances from MAD, and my Trono has the same problem. You really have to "pump" it well. Sometimes you get a decent spray, and other times nothing or hardly anything comes out.
Another difference (and I believe this is related to the poor spraying behavior): the Treasure is an Extrait de Parfum. With Naxos, it's an EdP! I think the spray head on some MAD perfumes is not really suitable for higher concentrations or not designed for that.
