A modern classic
Today I am wearing a sample of this perfume, which a companion gave me, and I must say, it is not the typical perfume that I usually wear, so, I have left a bit of my comfort zone.
After dressing it all morning I can say that, it's still not my style, its beginning and middle part pleased me, but I did not like its drying, even though I have been praised for it, something that does not happen to me very often. When leaving a store an elderly lady came looking for me to ask me: Hey young man, what perfume are you wearing? I love it for my husband, and as a tagline she added; It's strange to see a young man smell so good, you have to be a pretty formal boy ... I left that I did not know what to answer, a little shocked by that "formal boy", I wrote to her, in a little note, the name of the perfume and She left, so happy. I stayed a bit between two waters, I did not know whether to cheer or not, so she told me hahahaha.
The output is fresh and energetic, with very sparkling and balsamic citrus, on a slight sweet background, I like it, it is cheerful and has vitality, very beautiful. Then the aroma begins to take on a more pronounced green tone, highlighting the notes of pine, spruce and evergreens with something sweet and spicy in the background, this part I like, but you can already see the path that the fragrance will take, acquiring classic nuances of barbershop. The drying is a classic fougere of barbershop, cedar, sandalwood, pine, fir, amber, patchouli ... It smells great and I like to smell it, but it's not my perfume style, and I'm sorry to say it, but I do not like to wear it. This type of aromas, I like to put it on the back of my hand and sniff it every time, but I do not feel comfortable wearing it.
The performance is moderate, it is not exaggerated, but it is not bad either, as far as projection is moderate, it is not a beast in wake, but it is very compliant, if not, ask the lady hahahaha.
Its proper use could be during the hot months, spring and summer and even the hottest days of autumn, for that time and dress it day, is perfect.
I think it is a highly recommended perfume for those people who enjoy the classic aromas of barbershop, besides that it has a decent price and performance.
