Take almond. I want more. Repeat.
Almond is one of my favourite notes ever, so what is better than almond? Two almonds in the pyramid! This is amazing, and for being my first Dedè I'm totally intrigued. I don't smell any heliotrope and that's a blessing, for it always feels synthetical and bad on my skin. The tonka is not overwhelming, nor is the saffron. Almond and tobacco do dominate the scent, but it's not super heavy due to beeswax (that I can feel, and appreciate way more than honey notes) and amber lingering in the background. Despite having a lot of "sweet" notes it doesn't come gourmand at all. Kudos!
