Duchessa Gritti 2020

Wow! When the sample arrived, it was immediately clear: "I have to have this cherry scent!"

I selected a few cherry fragrances that I tested in comparison:
Melting Lust
Bodacious
Supremacy Tapis Rouge
Cherry Punk Eau de Parfum
Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum
Vicebomb

None of the tested fragrances came close to "Duchessa | Gritti." It simply feels so high-quality and elegant and just "simply" smells like cherry. It is a super beautiful, elegant cherry scent with marzipan. Still, it does not come off too sweet or overwhelming.

I really liked a few of the tested fragrances, such as Melting Lust or "Vicebomb | Simone Andreoli." But none, in my opinion, went in the high-quality, balanced direction like Duchessa. The tested fragrances lean more towards a different cherry scent direction than Duchessa. Also nice, but different.

Unfortunately, the cherry scent in Duchessa fades a bit in the drydown, until I can hardly perceive it at the end. Nevertheless, this fragrance has such a strong attraction for me that I can't stop smelling it. Favorite!
