Fruity yogurt and lipstick
The composition opens with juicy cherry accords, evoking a hint of fruity yogurt. The bold notes of the initial sillage settle on the skin as a creamy, almond-like base with a subtly sweet, powdery touch, almost reminiscent of lipstick. While it’s difficult to distinguish individual notes at this stage, the overall effect is irresistibly charming.

Grandiose Cherry at a Great Price
Here’s another absolute low-budget recommendation from Zimaya: the Zukhruf Cherry, which can already be referred to as a dupe for "Lost Cherry (Eau de Parfum) | Tom Ford." In my opinion, Zimaya is a brand that hovers slightly under the radar and is somewhat unjustly overshadowed by brands like Lattafa. The range is not that huge, but the releases are really great. Zimaya is a brand from Afnan, which is also famous for Arabic cheapies & clones.
Here we have another cherry scent. A note that is very hyped, similar to passion fruit, pistachio, and other trends. Cherry a la Lost Cherry has been extremely hyped for the last 2-3 years. I don’t find this unjustified, as this note is quite special and also pleasant to wear. Many dupes (including those in drugstores) have shown that Tom Ford is quite overpriced and that it can be done much cheaper. I can highly recommend this Zukhruf Cherry, just like the releases from Maison Alhambra. You can already get this EdP for under €20 for 100ml, which is really unbeatable for such great quality. It should be on your radar if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to TF. Moreover, this one is constantly available and not often sold out.

The packaging of the fragrance is really beautiful and slightly niche. You get a great box that you can pull out, very elegant. The bottle is in the mid-range and rather typically kitschy in the Arabic cheapie style. It’s not ugly, and everything works perfectly. Fitting the cherry theme, you get a red bottle.

Officially, this fragrance is categorized as a women’s fragrance. This cherry DNA a la Lost Cherry is very soft and is rather designed for women. Men who enjoy this DNA can of course also grab this one, as this cherry aroma is theoretically wearable by anyone. It slightly reminds one of those delicious cherry lollipops. From the scent description, there are not many surprises, but this fragrance still convinces if you like this famous cherry DNA. The scent is sweet-fruity and also gourmand: on one hand, a normal sweet-fruity cherry is used, and on the other hand, a slightly darker black cherry. These complement each other well, and with almond, a gourmand and slightly marzipan-like note is added. A juicy plum can also be sensed. In the base, notes like vanilla & tonka come in, which of course belong in such a sweet creation. Moreover, these notes set in earlier, giving you this wonderful sweet-fruity-gourmand DNA. Soft woods (especially sandalwood) also come to the fore quite a bit from hour 2-3. Overall, a very balanced blend that is quite easy to wear and enjoy. This fragrance shines best in leisure time but offers many occasions.
Also in terms of performance, this fragrance is versatile. It clearly falls into the mid-range and is not too much for everyday wear. The scent is perceptible close to the skin for several hours, and the longevity should be around 6 hours. Overall, very successful, especially for casual wear.

All in all, a really great cherry cheapie that I can absolutely recommend. I have tested many fragrances with this note, and this one is definitely worth it in terms of price-performance ratio.

The Summer Cherry
A cherry that I can easily imagine in summer, it doesn't overwhelm you because there is no permanently pronounced marzipan note present. In the opening, it is similar to the Lost Cherry dupe from the drugstore. But then it becomes softer, almost floral. A lovely cherry blossom girl from the house of Zimaya. No Shagaf oud tonka vibes, making it a cherry candidate for the warmer days. Cherry topping with a bit of vanilla; the longer the scent is on the skin, the more beautiful it becomes. It also has a certain freshness to it. I personally don't perceive plum, rather cherry blossom and sandalwood. What is also very nice here is that there is no synthetic element present. Only the almond (marzipan note) is quite flat at the beginning but then fades away.

Zukhruf Cherry - a little fragrance journey I didn’t see coming
I had Lost Cherry in my hands so many times in the stores. Every time I smelled it, I thought to myself: How can a fragrance smell so delicious? And yet, that doubt remained. Do I really want to smell like cherry all day? Is the price worth it if I might hardly wear it?

So instead, I took Juicy Apple and Zukhruf Cherry with me. I unpacked Juicy Apple, tested it, sweet, playful, almost cheeky. But it wasn’t what I was looking for. In the end, I gifted it away. And Zukhruf Cherry just sat there, almost like a book that you bought but never opened.

Then Malika Red appeared in my life. An affordable fragrance oil, but with a power that immediately captivated me. My craving for red fruits was suddenly satisfied. Weeks and months passed. Zukhruf Cherry remained untouched, like a secret I wasn’t ready to read yet.

Until that one day.

It was gray, wet, and cold, one of those days when you want to gift yourself a little piece of sunshine. Without much thought, I reached for Zukhruf Cherry. A spritz and suddenly the day felt friendlier. I wore it one day, then the next, and then again. And once again, a fragrance made me so happy.
Still, there was that quiet feeling you can’t ignore. Beautiful, yes.

But something was missing.
A puzzle piece that completes the picture.
And since layering is nothing new to me and I actually enjoy it, I dared to mix what had been in my mind for a long time.

I took Zukhruf Cherry and layered it over Malika Red and went out of the house with it. Bus, subway, I was ready for any reaction.
Whether someone would open a window, whether someone would flee, whether I would become a wandering cherry cloud, anything was possible.

But none of that happened.
People stayed seated. Some even glanced over at me briefly. And the feedback I received later was so positive that I had to laugh. I had apparently found exactly the missing piece.

The next day, I reached for my scarf and stopped. The scent was still there. And it had even developed further. It had become softer, deeper, addictive. As if the night had refined it.

In that moment, I knew that I hadn’t just found a fragrance, but a blend that accompanies me. Zukhruf Cherry and Malika Red.

Two fragrances that are beautiful on their own, but together they act as if they have always been searching for each other and have finally found one another. 10/10

Great Cherry Scent at a Great Price
WOW! I have to say, this is really a great cherry scent that instantly lifts your mood. The fragrance starts off very fruity, and the cherry is very lively, making it a perfect companion for summer. Right from the first spray, you notice this juicy cherry, which rounds out nicely as the scent develops and is very pleasant. The cherry remains noticeable until the end. The longevity is moderate; you can't expect too much, but for the price, you can't complain-it's top-notch for what it is.

A stellar alternative for Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum with a prettier bottle and much prettier price tag.

If you tried other cheap Arabian perfumes and didn't like them, but hope this one is different, be sure that it's as bad. Don't bother!

This brand once again offers a lot of quality for under €20! It really goes in the direction of Lost Cherry. Soft-sensual sweet cherry.

Here’s a nice dupe for TFLC. Juicy cherry, warm marzipan, and in the dry down, vanilla wood. PL is great and so is H/S.
