The most realistic strawberry milkshake out there!
There are a ton of strawberry-vanilla fragrances: Strawberry & Cream , Cry Baby Perfume Milk , Strawberry Pound Cake, Sérénade aux Fraises ... but none compare to this.
This is the most hyper-realistic strawberry milkshake I've ever found, and it is hands down my favorite strawberry-vanilla scent of all time. I spritz it and am instantly transported to a retro diner - with a tall, cold glass of ultra creamy, sweet, pink-strawberry-deliciousness.
The strawberry is surprisingly NOT synthetic smelling - which is a feat, since there is supposedly no such thing as strawberry oil? (I read that it cannot be extracted from strawberries, so technically all strawberry scents are synthetic!) But they did such a good job on this one - it has the perfect balance of fruity sweetness you'd expect from a strawberry syrup in a milkshake, and none of the "throat scratching" screechy-synthetic nature that so often comes with strawberry perfumes.
The vanilla is thick, foamy, slightly-malty, and smells exactly like a shake. It's not an ice cream, baked good, or frosting - it's very distinctively a milkshake scent; but could also pass as the 90s favorite of strawberry-flavored Nesquik milk.
Most of all, I love that this fragrance keeps all of the strawberry vanilla milkshake notes for the majority of wearing. I only get what seems to be a touch of light, cozy cedar in the dry down - but it happens after a couple hours of wearing, and it's a nice end to the ride.
The bottle also happens to be one of the cutest I've ever laid eyes on - which only adds to the experience (be careful with the straw, though - it's paper, so it's very fragile). I wish this weren't discontinued!
