One of the very best LOTV blends

Walk On Air is a lily of the valley perfume first and foremost but it sidesteps the normal pairings of other high pitched floral notes and instead is balanced by a lot of greenery... fiddle ferns, linden blossom, violet leaves... and some surprise accords like crinum lily and Solomon's seal. This is a lovely and versatile perfume that I've now bought several times.

Perfect for very hot days

Simple, pleasant, clean and airy. I desperately wanted the similar-ish Maison Margiela’s Replica Beach Walk to smell on me the way it did in the bottle, but it really turned on my skin. However, this one stays true and smells like a pretty spring day. It’s not complicated but I’m okay with that. Longevity is surprisingly good. On very hot days, this is great—not cloying, smells “cool.”

Pretty floral, but not exceptional

On my initial spray I got a big blast of white florals - no linden, and definitely nothing green, but it did settle quickly into something more wearable for me. I love lily of the valley and it is certainly there, but the magnolia and jasmine present more strongly on me. In fact, it's been jasmine and magnolia for the 3 hours I've been wearing it. It's certainly inoffensive once you get past that initial blast, but I really don't find much going on with this fragrance.
