A perfect day
Only one small sample was enclosed with my order. It was Scherrer's Nuits Indiennes. A women's perfume. Probably another one of those pink/yellow one-size-fits-all fragrances, I guessed. From Scherrer I love only Scherrer (a Chyrpefan greets)...
But when I sprayed the scent I was transported to another world. And no, it was less oriental than exactly in my reality.
It's not a good day, you got up on the wrong side of the bed, maybe too little sleep, your project isn't going as it should - in short, it's the opposite of a perfect day.
Until this scent envelops you...I close my eyes and images of a perfect world emerge. Floral yes, but not too sweet. Like a wonderful garden of rare and unknown plants and creatures. A gentle veil of inimitable elegance weaves through the room. It gives things a positive attitude AND good thoughts - what seemed heavy earlier now comes across as light on its feet. The jasmine that I can usually be chased with now seems familiar and wonderful in its intensity. Should I have misjudged it, or is it just the successful interplay of all the indigrizas into a secret formula that seeks world domination?
I don't know, but that day I discovered Scherrer's Nuits Indiennes for myself became a perfect day.

Praise be Parfumo and a long journey....
Years ago I bought this fragrance, simply because I liked the color so much, this mossy deep green in the simple, but still noble glass bottle. In the first days I wore it around the clock, I didn't like to part with it. It was as if this...

Freedom, I mean...
First of all: it is not a fragrance for women, but in my opinion a unisex fragrance. A fragrance between past and present. Familiar and yet wonderfully new. In the daytime, the prelude with tangerine and lavender is very pleasing. It reminds me a little...
