Classic Beauty - Hidden in a Kitsch Bottle
Pfft... warm-fruity spice rises to my nose, I'm already fearing the plum, but in that moment it becomes floral-spicy.
From this floral spice, a lush bouquet of flowers emerges.
For a moment I think: "sooo many flowers? Oh no..." But the bouquet is indeed lush, yet not overloaded, and it still remains beautifully warm-spicy.
I actually like it...?!? *astonished*
And yes: something like this exists countless times already, but that doesn't change the fact for me that it is simply beautiful.
I judge the scent, not the innovation!
It also reminds me of some "old fragrance" - but I can't say which one... but most fragrances of this "type" have been too lush, too floral, or just too sweet for me. Gattina Or Rose strikes a nice balance, in my opinion.
And right now I see my own inconsistency... I've always claimed that I don't care about the bottle if I like the scent... but... no - I really don't want to place a bronze-colored cat figurine on my shelf - couldn't this scent have at least been in the black kitty?
Let's see if I can jump over my (taste) shadow or not...
