Signature Jette Joop 2018

After reading so much "NICE" about the scent here, I thought to myself "you can't go wrong." It is supposed to be floral, fruity! Once because of this "NICE" & "fruity," I gave Jette Signature a chance. And secondly, because I recently discovered 3 floral fragrances that were really nice. Today, I got very bold and bought this one blind at TkMaxx.

What a shock! In front of me is a vase with a bouquet of lily of the valley and inside a prominent rose, while I bite into the sour lemon. Does that sound refreshing?
Maybe. For all who love it.

I get up and change the table...ahhhh here there is cheesecake with hot chocolate...yes, here I am right...(sweet tooth that I am...don't like this scent)

Recently, while searching for a parking space in Kstadt, I inadvertently became an eavesdropper to a "discussion" between two drivers, who shamelessly yelled at each other through their open car windows - cursing loudly like the oft-quoted beer delivery men.

O tempora - o mores!

Feeling embarrassed for them, I ducked under the barrage of insults - and fled into the department store - directly into the saving perfume section.

Following an inner impulse, I reached for Jette Signature - hoping for a "harmless" scent.
And this is meant entirely positively.

And this Jette is the kindness in person with good manners.
She introduces herself politely, fresh, and fruity - without pressuring me.
The rose is soft, and the lily of the valley is delicate and lovely.
Musk gives Signature a gentle glow.

A gentle, pleasant encounter - which I very much welcome.

She is understated - yet present and surrounds me for several hours.

Moreover, she pushes the brawlers in the parking lot into the background.

They would have been better off using Signature as well - because the scent has a calming effect.

Perhaps I will carry it with me in the future - as an effective weapon against "poltergeists."

My girlfriend received this as a gift from her father for Easter - and he wasn't wrong at all. Or rather: the saleswoman at Douglas who sold it to him...

“Jette Signature” is not a fragrance that requires much writing. It doesn't change the fragrance world, doesn't blow you away, and offers little surprise. Certainly not for beginners. However, considering its minimal price, it can certainly promote the brand (and woman) Jette Joop. It is a fruity musk scent with clear floral facets. Blackcurrant kisses an airy (Bulgarian) rose. Chic, youthful, but not immature or childish. Also anything but sexy or sultry. Rather simply nice and pleasant, and always easy to wear. Smooth and friendly. With this, my girlfriend does nothing wrong at work or during dinner with her in-laws. “Jette Signature” is almost universally likable. And this modest nature and unmistakable lack of courage and boredom is already its only and greatest weakness.

Bottle: golden, shiny, and sweet
Sillage: discreet, office-appropriate
Longevity: okay, just about. 5 hours. Little for an EdP.

Conclusion: better than its price. Fruity, light, floral. Suitable for all age groups and life situations. A fine all-rounder without edges or corners. Signature-worthy. Budget tip!

"Signature" scent is not original, it is simple and timeless. To my nose, it is consistently a scent of pressed lemons and grated peel (I personally do not smell any oranges or flowers) mixed with a lot of sugar and rounded off and tamed by musk - just a sweet-sour scent of citrus fruits with musk: at the beginning - the first 2 minutes - zesty and unsweetened, then a bit sweeter. Point.
A beautiful scent, appears completely natural, without obvious synthetic undertones, if it weren't for a big but:
it lasts (at least on me) not even 3 hours and it spends that time very close to the skin!!! For this meager performance, however, it is far too expensive.
Very, very unfortunate, because I really like it.
