Vanilla to Madness?...
...rather not. The name does not live up to its promise. Thanks to a lovely perfumer, I was able to test the scent. Upon the first spray, the fragrance is seductive and very sweet. It fits perfectly into my taste as a gourmand fan. I find myself repeatedly bringing my wrist to my nose to enjoy this scent. I can clearly smell milk and caramel, but anise and fruits elude me.
As it develops, jasmine makes its presence known, blending with the vanilla. Where is the chocolate? Not with me! A sweet cloud of fragrance surrounds me. I love this scent...
Unfortunately, the magic fades after about 2 - 3 hours. I find that very regrettable, and for such a short longevity, I am not willing to make a purchase. Overall, it's a shame because I find the scent experience good. Just too short.
