He's gotten older
For me, the Eau de Parfum of Joop! Homme is one of the most logical further developments that I have ever smelled.
From the loud, sweet, pink and flashy bottle has become after more than 30 years, a more mature and darker bottle, which you can already see the maturation process. At first taste, you immediately notice that it has remained young at heart. The DNA is undoubtedly there and will put anyone who loved the classic from the 90s on notice. The cinnamon note has become noticeably stronger and combined with hazelnut and the lack of lemon in the top notes, it starts off noticeably softer and spicier without seeming weaker. In general, it seems more earthy, but is still in full possession of its powers and that's a good thing. The durability is very good and he should quite easily hold out the day.
It must be said that it definitely no longer stands out, as it is clearly more adapted to the times than the Eau de Toilette was at the time. Armani Stronger with you is actually a fragrance that I would expect in his circle of friends, even if it is then different with its original DNA. It is not unique and you will probably still perceive many similar fragrances, but Joop! Has here a logical successor to the Eau de Toilette's on the market.
I like this fragrance really well and I'm glad that I now have it in my collection. Although I produced in the meantime beads of sweat on the forehead, because he was compared here with A*Men. Doesn't belong here of course, but A*Men I already had to scrub off in the department store toilet because I found it absolutely disgusting. Didn't work, of course, because the stuff sticks like resin. :D I can still understand the comparison

He's got potential!
For me, this is one of the Mancera fragrances that totally won me over. Which may have been because I had little to no expectations for it. But for me, I've also found that Mancera is one of those perfume companies where looking at the fragrance...
