Cheaper ticket to Greece than Easyjet ;)
Simple but smart,
fresh but velvety.
This is my first Korres - and certainly not my last. Of course, it is not possible to avoid the price policy of this brand, which is dangerously flirtatious for a fragrance addict. Isn´t it amazing to get a beautruful bottle filled with Greek summer for 30 euros? Cheaper than flying there with Easyjet lol
Avgoustos takes you to the first days of summer holydays, when everything is still possible. To the grove of fig trees, carefree doing nothing, eyes watching the rowing of clouds in the sky.
It is very similar to Fico di Amalfi, but a bit softer. Therefore less permanent (and it´s eau de toilette not perfume). But the pretension and honest freshness of this fragrance - the danced of figs and citrus very close to the body. Light musk adding velvetiness (texture of the skin of figs!) and trees very delicately grounding this big green.
This is a scent that is impossible to hate, the sincerity is disarming.
