Warm, spicy and oriental without a headache

I love Lattafa fragrances and so far I have bought all of them blind. Including this one. According to my research, it was supposed to be a dupe for Nishane Ani, which I've never tested.
For just under €17, you hold a black, heavy bottle with a golden metal cap in your hand. The design is not quite my cup of tea, but I think the bottle suits the fragrance. The sprayer works well, the cap closes relatively tightly and the overall feel of the bottle is very high-quality, especially considering the price.
At first, Nasheet smells very spicy, a little woody, but I also smell a slight minty note, which other reviewers have described as eucalyptus. The fragrance quickly becomes sweet and warm, but I would still describe it as unisex wearable. Lattafa himself lists guaiac wood as the top note, followed by nutmeg, incense, cashmere and sandalwood in the heart note. All in all, a rather spicy composition. I can smell some sweet vanilla right from the start and the fragrance reminds me of a feminine, sweet form of Ambassador for Men and Jasmin Noir Eau de Parfum, although the latter is much fruitier than Nasheet. The scent has a very Christmassy / festive effect on me, which is certainly due to the incense and reminds me of entering a church for Christmas mass, but without the admixture of wet brickwork. Overall, probably not for the height of summer, it's too heavy for that. More for the evening, when you want to be noticed. I can easily smell it for 5-6 hours before it becomes a skin scent, but I haven't owned the bottle for that long and I know from experience that the performance of Lattafa tends to improve over time. In summary, a successful, spicy and special fragrance with a great price-performance ratio.
