A Powerful Dose of Fresh Fruit!
But pressed, the first, best, freshest drops of a load of fruit... I just say.... delicious!
I only have a sample, I would love to sip it. Once again, Masakï Matsushïma has perfectly matched my taste and my ideas of fresh scents.
Today it’s going to be hot again, just the right weather for Tokyo Smile on my "ahem" alabaster body.
First strong and fruity, then I perceive it as delicate, unobtrusively fresh, lovely... yes, lovely fresh.
I can't say anything about the longevity yet, I've been wearing it for 2 hours now and I perceive it, wonderfully perceive it.
The morning has started very well with Tokyo Smile, I look forward to the rest of the day. For me, a good mood fragrance!

cool March
On a gray November morning, I thought to myself: "Tokyo smile."
A sharp burst of yuzu and grapefruit wakes me up. It reminds me: A bright but still frosty early morning in March in Florence, I stand shivering at the bus stop waiting for the bus that will take me to the language school in the center. It is dry the whole month I spend there. However, as soon as I get off at "da Il Duomo" and people rush by everywhere, it gets warmer. In the school, the nice young Grazia, our teacher, very beautiful, chic, tall, slim, elegant. Like all the women in Florence seem to be. And friendly but distant they are too. Signora, the many tourists... And Tokyo smile behaves the same way. It remains cool and fresh, - distinctly fresh but still distant. A green note from the passion fruit becomes perceptible until the end, the peach has a slight fragrance. And then the exquisite champacas shimmer subtly (a scent I recognize because I have never smelled it before), delicately tender magnolias come through, and very delicate roses begin to bloom - with a "smile." They do not take the lead; that remains with the two citrus fruits until the end.
After a short time, a fragrance mixture emerges that remains constant until the end. However, it initially intensifies. To stay with Florence in March. The sun gains strength and it rises above 20 °, yet the sun remains strangely pale. Everywhere you see lush blooming wisteria on the otherwise still ungreened walls of ochre-brown-yellow natural stone. Mimosa is offered fresh.
I decide which museum I will visit that day after we have had 5 full hours of lessons. I walk through the familiar streets and alleys, along the Arno, which has hardly any water. I have time. After the museums close, I will walk to the house where I have rented a room and do homework and read.
Tokyo smile now remains consistent in its fragrance texture for many hours. Texture because it remains a holistic scent and yet I can distinguish the individual intertwined ingredients. This remains so with the scent that continues to fade over the hours.
How Florence appeared to me from the airplane in the early days of April in the distance: I could recognize the distinctive buildings and the architectural structure of the city through which I had walked so often.
Familiar, a little known, and yet still foreign.
A cool beautiful scent that rather reminds one of early spring. It lacks a bit of radiance, the anticipation, everything remains zen-minimalistically cultivated, reserved, neutral without passion and yes, without warmth. Nevertheless, there are events and occasions where one needs exactly such a scent. Where one must consider every detail: Not too much femininity, no erotic aura, neatness and freshness, alertness and mental presence.
Nice to have lived a short while in Florence, nice to know Tokyo smile.

Citrusy & light floral, I don't find it really fruity otherwise.
In the heart note, it’s similar to Art Mosaic.

Relatively minimalistic, sour-bitter citrus notes dominate, peach, rose, and musk soften very subtly, leaving a cool scent.
