Sweet or not sweet?
With the sweet start, I almost wanted to run away...
Fortunately, I didn't do that, because just 15-20 minutes later, this sweetness is only perceptible in the background. Now lavender and rose dominate with an interesting, slightly peppery spiciness. Patchouli, wood, and vetiver ground the fragrance, laying over the sweetness and calming my nose.
Only late (after 8 hrs +) does a soft, earthy sweetness occasionally peek through. Not particularly strong, but that calms my personal "HW factor" (Have-want factor) a bit.
I am currently testing several Nabeel fragrances and I am positively surprised by the brand!
There are indeed some beautiful ones - like this fragrance, which, although it won't be joining my collection, is really well made.
The bottles from the house... well... it's a matter of taste. I find most of them (including this one) quite kitschy. But if the content smells great, I wouldn't care at all.
