Very weird opening, beautiful fragrance.
When buying a bottle of Sculpture Parfum, i was able to get this for free. So i muttered to myself "Wow, a free fragrance? why not." and put this in my basket as well. Expecting it to just be a low budget version of "Angel's share" or something.

First off, this fragrance really is nothing like anything else out there, it's weird; it's incredibly unusual and yet beautiful.

Opening: Plum and Tagetes coming together. The first sprays really smell like a 1980s women's fragrance without the signature "indolic / urine-like jasmine accord" that we are all used to. It's weird, soapy; but oddly beautiful.

Middle: As the questionable opening dries down, you are met with a very smooth, sweet smell of cloves, cinnamon and a chocolate/praline. It is very warm-spicy. It goes from disgusting to heavenly in an instant.

Drydown: This fragrance seemingly is made up of nearly only base notes and heavier molecules so after the opening fades, it is very linear. that beautiful warm spicy chocolate vibe never leaves but gets darker and more chocolate-like, and that's not a bad thing. It's very intoxicating.

In conclusion: If the opening wasn't so weird, this fragrance would damn near be iconic. It's criminal how creative/weird it is for the 30$ it usually retails for. Not blind buy safe at all. Be warned.

I will try rocking it to see if people like it or hate it. Drydown is heavenly. 9/10. I will deduct 1 point just because it smells weird when first sprayed.

On a boat on Lake Starnberg...
... we sit on the deck of the boat. In front of us is the coffee, with a large bowl full of chocolates which, apart from the sweet vanilla chocolate, have the scent of plums and oranges. Plus the bouquet of flowers in the nose. We simply make ourselves comfortable.

When you apply this fragrance, the first thing you notice is the aroma of plums, which quickly blends with light citrus notes and a few floral accords. Suddenly, the chocolate of praline with oranges makes itself known from the side. Then the woody vanilla joins in and is given a powdery note by the musk and the patchouli makes it somewhat mysterious.

Nikos has ventured far into the niche area with this fragrance. They have achieved their goal flawlessly and shown that designers can also do it if they have courage and are not under the wing of a large corporation that is only after sales.

The durability and silage is good.

Here we have a men's fragrance that is masculine on the one hand but on the other hand also a gourmand scent with a slight sweetness. I see this fragrance as being suitable for men aged 18 and upwards. It has decided to be an all-rounder, which it is, and can be worn all year round. During the day, it can be worn at university, in the office, for lunch, shopping or simply for a walk. In the evening, it cuts just as good a figure at the opera, a pop concert, a date or simply in the club. Ladies are welcome to try their hand at this fragrance.

If you like a fruity gourmand fragrance with a praline citrus floral powdery dark scent, you've come to the right place.

A beautiful fragrance for winter. Nikos delivers!
Sculpture Air de Lune is a beautiful fragrance for the colder months of the year. The Christmas season fits the fragrance perfectly. There are certain parallels to one or two other fragrances. It's a bit like the world of Parfums de Marly Oajan, but fragrances like Kilian's Angels Share are also similar in parts. I recently had a Lattafa from the Niche Emarati collection, the Zikra.
This one is actually really, really close to Air de Lune.

But I really like Nikos as a brand in general. The simple Sculpture was already a fantastic fragrance for little money for me back then. Now, unfortunately, we have slightly different prices here, but it's still okay because you're adapting to the competition.
There is a noticeable desire to get into the affordable niche with the prices and I wouldn't disagree with that at all because the fragrances are really well made.

In any case, Air de Lune is a warm, spicy winter fragrance. It simply has a noticeable sweetness. But it also has a very slight fruity note thanks to the plum.

I would emphasize notes such as clove, plum, some orange blossom, praline, vanilla and a little patchouli. However, the patchouli only comes through towards the end and is very pleasing.
Furthermore, I still think I can smell cinnamon.
But cinnamon is apparently not listed.

Longevity and sillage are quite good. It lasts about 7-8 hours on me and projects really well at the beginning.

The story of a deceiver.
Anyone who was hoping for a freshie here - I have to disappoint! Sculpture Air de Lune is a winter fragrance - even more a true fragrance for the Christmas season.

It reminds me of another fragrance. Is it "Casamorati - Dolce Amalfi (Eau de Parfum) | XerJoff" A little bit! Is there a little bit of the plum of Arabesque ? A little! Do I get bubblegum vibes from time to time? Yes! I do! It's definitely one thing: not a summer fragrance!

The packaging and the bottle might give you the wrong impression. Just as with "Réverie", the brand's aim to be a player in the mid-price segment once again is consistently realized here. "Air de Lune" is a beautifully crafted fragrance. By no means new or innovative. No. But it is beautiful! It smells high quality. Sillage & durability above average!

The fragrance draws on the DNA of the successful pioneers of Christmas market fragrances such as "Angels' Share | Kilian", Arabesque and Oajan - but in a fluffier way. Bissi dolce amalfig, bissi punch, bissi I hear the Angels sharen...But no! This is not a summer fragrance!

The fragrance is supposed to start with mandarin, plum and marigold. Unfortunately, I can't get the mandarin at all. Where on earth is it?

It goes into the heart with wonderfully beautiful clove (probably where the link to "Casamorati - Dolce Amalfi (Eau de Parfum) | XerJoff" comes from) and praline and then fades out with vanilla, musk and patchouli for about 8 hours.

I like it. It is also worth its proud price of 120 euros. It's just a shame if you found your favorite Christmas market fragrances years ago - then it's more of an olfactory disappointment.

But: It's great that this high-quality fragrance DNA is now available at 120 euros (and it will quickly become cheaper as soon as online perfumeries also stock it) to people who don't want to fork out 300 euros.

This release also shows very clearly that Nikos/Sculpture wants to enter the affordable niche. You could already see this with Sculpture Voyage en Orient and Sculpture Rêverie - a nice goal - but you would have to be a little more daring.

I hope that the distribution will be done in-house (only the original Sculpture EdT is still distributed by Coty. The Sculptures from the Sculpture Parfum onwards are distributed by Nikos itself or via Club Unique) and that Nikos gets even more desire and courage to try something new. So - really niche new.... way is great. I would find it extremely important for the fragrances to be testable in retail stores again. Only nerds like me do blind buys.

What was the designer thinking with the color selection? A deceiver! But maybe moon air smells like Christmas punch..
