Although the fragrance is a 9 for me, it has to go. There's no other way.

"Intensivo" ... in my opinion, the name says it all. Rose dominates, but then the other notes and the oud come in. But the oud is super soft here. The complete opposite of a cowshed oud. It's almost as if it was created to say "Hello, as an oud I can also smell clean". I would actually buy that from the fragrance.

But here's the thing: in my opinion, the allspice takes over after a short time and the fragrance becomes "intense" and drifts off in a completely spicy direction. This incredibly strong allspice note, which at the same time smells so "restrained", is so unique (I wonder why nobody writes about the allspice note, because in my opinion it is the absolute main component of the fragrance, why the fragrance goes in the spicy direction). This is a rose/oud scent, yes, but the allspice note is probably the most unique thing about this scent there is. It gives this totally clean fragrance a really crisp green note without making it too sharp. Many people say it's the best "green" rose/oud fragrance. What do you mean by "green"? Neither rose nor oud are green. Nobody defines green. I definitely think the green note is due to the allspice. It's a niche fragrance note, which is why no one dares to put it in their mouth. But it's just another form of pepper and that's what makes the fragrance. Peppery green!

I can't think of another cleaner "rose-oud-pepper fragrance" in the league right now. This interweaving of these fragrance notes is unique in my opinion. But you can hardly smell any oud here. And if you do, then only as a "soft background" and the complete opposite of "cowshed".

What's more, its longevity is incredibly strong and the fragrance radiates atomically. In this case, the "Extrait de Parfum" lives up to its name. It lasts from morning to midnight and is so radiant, especially in the first 4-6 hours, that you have to think carefully about your daily routine and the people you are dealing with. I sprayed it on myself in the living room, went out for 2 hours and then came into the living room and almost fell over because I thought someone had sprayed half a liter of room spray on me (but I have to admit, I sprayed really heavily, so around 8 sprays on me before I left the room).

The two scenarios that are probably important for most people:

- For the office, I don't think the scent works at all, so really zero. You'll scare everyone away because it's so special. It's the complete opposite of pleasing. And don't think "it'll work with a spray". Not even then! If I was sitting in an office with someone wearing the fragrance, I'd run out, because especially in the area of people who otherwise only know Dior Sauvage and all that stuff, they're overwhelmed with this fragrance, but completely overwhelmed.

- Date fragrance: Please don't. If a woman likes this scent on a date, then you've hit the jackpot. But most women don't want a fragrance like this on the first date. I can't imagine it for the life of me. It's the complete opposite of attractive or "horny" by definition. I can well imagine that if you are stable and have a partner, she might find it "tolerable". But for a woman to say "you smell hot"? Phew, I think these situations are more than rare...

All right, who is the fragrance actually for? After all, I gave it a 10: It's for the people who want an exceptional rose oud fragrance. I keep reading "the best rose oud fragrance" in what feels like a hundred reviews of many other fragrances here and ask myself: "What is the best rose oud fragrance now?" There are so many rose oud fragrances that are all boring and yet are described as the "best rose oud fragrance" in the statements. But HERE you really get a unique selling point, so much so that in my opinion you can almost only wear the fragrance for yourself in most situations, because it is a "5-star plus fragrance" that only experienced perfume noses can differentiate, categorize, classify and rate accordingly. A "Dior Sauvage Guy" or an "Alien" or "Shalimar" woman will chase you to the moon.

And now comes perhaps the most exciting part (at least according to Teasering in the review): Why did I sell it anyway if I think the fragrance is a 9?

-> I don't get on with the fragrance. Exactly as I have just described the fragrance, it is too much for me. I find it super great when sprayed in the morning (only in the home office; not in the office, because as I said, it doesn't work there), but at lunchtime I'm completely overwhelmed. Why? I just don't like spicy fragrances, so I really don't like them at all. And that's why it overwhelms me. Other spicy fragrances are washed off my skin after 30 minutes of testing at the latest. But Nawab Intensivo is completely different. I also find it incredibly harsh, but because it is so unique, I refuse to wash it off, even though I want to. Even if it becomes too much for me, it just has to stay on because I can smell that the fragrance is justifiably so good, unlike other spicy fragrances.

I can feel the quality of the fragrance and recognize it completely. A masterpiece in that area in my opinion, hence 9 (but for a 10 everything has to be right for myself). But I can't handle it, so it has to go.

PS: I still have a bottling that I spray when I have a very strong craving ;).
