Somehow this smell or this cool contrast, whatever it is... reminds me of Joop Wow. The sweetness and the sillage are almost identical. I've been looking for the black pepper for three hours, but haven't found a single grain. The synthetic sweetness I found in excess and reminds me of cotton candy, I don't recognize any apple. Maybe I always eat the wrong kind of Smith granny which is not sweet at all. For a low-budget fragrance not bad, but nothing more. It is clearly inferior to Joop in terms of shelf life. Also the prelude is too artificial and goes into a penetrating note, which not everybody likes. Unless they are 14 years old and discover the world of fragrances anew. Somehow I thought that a house like Mäurer&Wirtz must be able to do more than just put this Dupe on the market. For a fragrance pioneer that's not really much. For a fragrance novice, it would be a remarkable achievement.
