Hypnotic Poison Light
This fragrance belongs to the good dupes, in my opinion.
I have already tested a few Hypnotic Poison dupes. The worst was "Fiore del Dragone".
Uaahhh, it makes me shudder again. So diluted and synthetic.
I just can't with the Tesoris in general; there's always some strange note in them. No thanks.
I'd rather stick with the original. Lady in Red smells very much like the original HP. Before the reformulation.
(As can also be read in the statements below.) The unmistakable, delicious anise-cumin note. Lady in Red is just a tad softer, lighter than HP, and it lacks a bit of the intensity and sophistication that the original has. It is and remains unmistakable.
Nevertheless, LiR can be a worthy substitute for HP lovers.
100 ml for just under €20 is already an excellent price-performance ratio.
Because the good longevity (about 5 hours) is also worth mentioning. The Morabitos are all very well made; I was able to test a few, and you really can't tell their low price.
The bottle in that sexy red tone is top-notch, fits well in the hand.
I like the cozy scent, even though I've somewhat neglected it lately.
There is so much new to discover.
