The only fig fragrance I own

This is my favourite fig fragrance, I don’t normally gravitate to fig. I can find it too earthy on my skin and not enough flesh or fruit. This perfume is everything I want, it has a natural sweetness that is complemented by a green leaf aspect at the start. Then as it settles more on my skin the fleshy, fruity aspect of the fig starts to bloom. It keeps that natural sweetness and smells so addictive to me. I can’t stop smelling myself, my only concern is the longevity. I get around 3 hours and then it becomes a skin scent. I am not sure if I get a bit nose blind as sometimes I catch whiffs of it later. So it may be my nose, I am happy to re-apply as I love it so much!

Bright and joyful

I mean, what else you need to hear to understand this perfume is a gem?

When I bought the brands sample set, I loved all their perfumes for their elegant and refined character, but somehow my mind stuck to this one!

This is a fruity-woody-gentle green perfume. It has a greenness from cypress, davana and fig leaf and the sweetness of the fig fruit. Davana also enhances the fruity character. The base is woody and its prominent as it settles. Its borderline sweet and green on a creamy woody base with some tonka touches at the drydown. For me, this perfume has a perfect balance.

Overall, its bright, joyful, discreet, elegant, well balanced and a little gourmandish.

When I wear it, I imagine waking up to a house by the beach, while the sunlight starts to warm the atmosphere and I feel a sense of euphoria.

I see people comparing it with phylosykos and figuer by Armani. From what I remember, those are more leafy green, while this one has the sweetness of the fig fruit which is similar to Gris Charnel (only the sweetness-NOT THE SMELL). So, if you love fig, you will definitely enjoy this perfume.

The longevity is around 6-7 hours, it’s totally unisex, for every occasion and preferably for spring and summer. Here in Greece, that the weather is hot most of the year, when I’m exposed to the sunlight, this perfume emanates from the skin and I feel its joyful character.
