Quentin Bisch

Born in Strasbourg, France in 1983, Quentin Bisch spent his childhood in both France and London. He still remembers the smells and images from his time in London: the scent of freshly baked biscuits in paper wrappers, the warm smell of tar and the fresh, raw cucumbers that were served at school at lunchtime.
Quentin always strongly associated the people he surrounded himself with or got to know with their perfumes. The fragrance "Opium" by YSL, which his French teacher wore, was particularly influential and fascinated Quentin. Inspired by this fragrance, his desire to become a perfumer himself grew. Although he was initially rejected by the ISIPCA perfumery school due to his lack of knowledge of chemistry, Quentin did not give up. After a few years of acting, he continued to pursue his passion for fragrances.
As an assistant to a more experienced perfumer, he gained valuable knowledge and learnt from greats such as Michel Almairac. Finally, he was given the opportunity to become a student at the Givaudan perfume school.
Quentin Bisch developed his talent as a fragrance composer for brands such as Thierry Mugler, Etat Libre d'Orange and Ex Nihilo. His successes include "Angel Muse" by Thierry Mugler and "Fleur Narcotique" by Ex Nihilo, which cemented his reputation as an outstanding perfumer.
His creations reflect the artistic sensibility of Quentin Bisch, who is inspired by personal experiences and travels.
