Great fragrance for the money

This fragrance is very inexpensive (around 10 Euro). To me this is very similar with TdH. The longevity is not that great on me (4-6 hours max). Great scent, you really feel the freshness of the grapefruit. Not sure you can go wrong in blind buy this fragrance if you like TdH scents. Best time to use this fragrance is early spring or late autumn when the weather is not hot or cold (in the middle).

This tweet from the police recently went viral. Whether Police Instinct is also taking off like that is questionable.

Whether the designers of this fragrance consciously took Terre d'Hermès as a model is another matter. That would also be a nasty accusation.
The fact is, however, that the similarities are striking.

Fresh earth and pepper spread immediately after application, while patchouli hits you right in the face as soon as the first impression fades.

I definitely like the fact that Instinct, despite all its earthiness, does not become excessively grave-like.
You always feel like you are above ground and not yet below it.

The projection is pleasantly restrained, so you don't suffocate others with this special scent, yet it is clearly noticeable. There is little negative to say about the longevity, especially when you keep the price in mind.
After about 3 hours, it is only detectable to those who come closer.

All in all, the original is significantly more intense but also more aggressive.
Whether you like that is something everyone has to decide for themselves. I get along quite well with this Terre d'Hermès "light"; Police Instinct is definitely office-friendly.
