One of the Most Beautiful Coffee Scents
First of all, I hope this fragrance will soon be available in larger quantities, because this is a new scent from Slumberhouse that would be too precious if not more people could enjoy it.

Kaffistova starts off very dry and quickly transforms into a scent that represents pure espresso or freshly brewed Arabica coffee, before vanilla notes come in and it heads towards a tiramisu direction with bitter cocoa notes. This is the opening phase, which lasts about 15 minutes. Once this phase is over, Kaffistova resembles Baque extremely. Delicious plums and apricots, drizzled with honey, all nestled in tobacco leaves. I really love "Baque | Slumberhouse," which is why this phase, complemented by light coffee notes, resonates super well with me. The Baque phase lasts a bit longer, about 1 hour, before another twist occurs. And that’s what I find unusual for a Slumberhouse, as I have never perceived the previous scents to be so transformable. It seems that Josh has experimented a lot here. In terms of DNA, Kaffistova fits like a glove into the Slumberhouse lineup. Nevertheless, new directions are emerging that also reflect Josh Lobb's development as a perfumer. This scent is significantly better crafted and more complex than older works.
What follows seems to be an imaginary representation of what Josh Lobb envisions as a milk coffee. The fragrance takes a new direction, leaning more towards coffee notes again, but somewhat sweeter, brighter, and with a milky appearance added.

All in all, I would say that this fragrance is among the top Slumberhouse scents I have tested so far. Fingers crossed for a larger release, where I would definitely secure another bottle.
