"A Bulldog in the Atelier" fits as a title to this fragrance like a fist on the eye. A creamy mixture of patch and vanilla is the cuddly four-legged friend here, the artistic studio is embodied by rosy prospects. And in the process, there is no chaos, no pachyderm in a china shop, but a relaxed melange of animal feel-good / calming aura and slightly soapy floral fauna.

Teresa Helbig definitely shoots herself onto my radar with this fragrant "chubby." A Sunday afternoon signature with no frills, clear direction and very tasty. Sympathetic, relaxed, sweet. Hand-tame, but not without its own character. Just past boring. Nutmeg continues to lend earthy backbone. Yet the brightening rose Garanie is actually not totally mine - here as a counterweight to the heavy Gourmandgiganten but borderline brilliant!

Verdict: a cuddly, bullish rose hat. 80-pound lapdog!
