Great Britain meets United States
Who doesn't know the stereotypically portrayed Englishmen and Americans? The English charm always accompanied by a cup of Earl Grey. The American masculinity symbolized by a glass of rum/whiskey/bourbon. Often seen in films - most recently in the movies Kingsman 1 and 2.
The first part takes place only in England and therefore only captures the English facets. In the second part, the English "agents" meet agents from a branch in the USA.
The fragrance, created in collaboration with the film crew, perfectly reflects this stereotypical atmosphere.
Scent: The fragrance starts with a noticeable tea note and a hint of lemon from the neroli note.
Not at all intrusive, rather charmingly sweet. Just like the English way - calm, quiet, and not "overly expressive." Then the heart note, or the second part of the Kingsman series (the American), emerges. A very strong woody rum note. Rum underlined by tobacco and vetiver. The scent becomes "louder." You can strongly smell the rum and the vetiver note. It is intrusive and certainly too aggressive for some - indeed "masculine."
It fades away with a gentle oud note, which fits somewhere between the English charm and the American "cheekiness."
