Soul cleansing sage
Salvia Sclarea Is the Latin name for Clary Sage, and this perfume provides a wonderful bracing dose of it. There is a green note, reminiscent of grass with violet leaf running through this as well (both are listed notes), adding a wonderful textural facet. Elemi wafts through as well, and with the musks and Cashmeran gives you an almost nutmeg-like note, warm and spicy.

My New Love: Clary Sage.
It seems that clary sage is a note that makes my heart skip a beat time and again. Even with "Green Cachemire," I was fascinated by this velvety-green scent; here, in my opinion, it has been implemented even more elegantly - and that’s saying something, considering I already found the candidate from Blood Concept to be excellent!

Salvia Sclarea is, as AmyAmy has already described, a green and at the same time wonderfully non-citrusy, soft fragrance that interprets the meadow theme in an incomparably gentle way. It lacks the harsh, zesty aromas often found in green perfumes, and on the skin, it is even more flattering than on the test strip. It practically merges with body heat and envelops you for hours with a hint of grassy freshness that I find incredibly appealing. Over time, it gains a touch of sweetness, but so finely dosed that I would never describe it as "sweet." Rather, it acquires a slightly feminine touch, which makes this rare find even more beautiful.

Salvia Sclarea also impresses with a rare effect: At first, you think you recognize the scent, but as soon as the nose moves away from the wrist, a surprising twist occurs, prompting you to sniff again to get to the bottom of this new aspect. This mysterious interplay makes it elusive and thus very special.

For me, it’s a mysterious mood-lifter and a candidate for my wish list!

The Promise of an Early Summer Day
"Salvia Sclarea" smells like a young morning in late spring or early summer, at the time when everything still seems possible and nothing is clouded, the air clear and everything dewy-fresh and sparkling, nothing is dried out or old, but dewy-fresh and enticing, the sun casting its shadows over the grass and nothing yet hinting at the symbolic shadows that a long day will inevitably cast somewhere along its course.

Aromatherapeutically, clary sage is attributed with antidepressant, calming, as well as invigorating and euphoric effects. The difference between it and true sage or medicinal sage Salvia officinalis is not insignificant. Both share a certain green herbaceousness, but while medicinal sage has a spicy-clear freshness, clary sage has a subtle warm sweetness that is also found in "Salvia Sclarea," making it suitable for lovers of green scents who do not prefer them too herbaceous or bitter. For that, "Salvia Sclarea" is far from.

Instead, one finds here a sparkling green freshness, velvety, bright and clear, full of stylish lightness and far removed from any herbaceous or medicinal associations.

However, the real star of "Salvia Sclarea" is, in my perception, not the clary sage, but actually the grass, lush, juicy grass, continuously present, perfectly complemented by the other fresh and green notes, rounded off with a completely weightless woodiness, beautifully... I would go so far as to call it the grass scent I have always been searching for!

Grass green scent
Liese lies in the meadow,
Mood is low,
Moss grows over the pants.
What a mess!
Simply a green meadow fragrance.

More like a walk over a rain-soaked meadow in spring than a scent centered around clary sage. Moderately synthetic undertone.

Doesn't reach me again. Fresh green mix with a slightly bitter-musty synthetic note.

You have such a green aromatic freshness, like herbal candies. I really like clary sage.

Don't be afraid of Cashmeran: this idea of damp concrete & delicate wood works well under peppery grass, bright leaf green, and coumarin.

Herbs, very aromatic green with a hint of smokiness. Is it from the resin? Fresh, bitter, green herbaceousness. Great!

The green meadow smells of Cashmeran, and it hits right after the first spray.
Unfortunately, it's not a 100% pleasant scent; less Cashmeran would be better.

Well-balanced, finely tempered almost-bio scent. Similar to Biehl mb03. Could also be a Florascent. I don't perceive Cashmeran. Great!
