Super Clean Citrus Fragrance
Sharing my review from reddit:
Tous Boy is very linear in profile but is high quality. "Quality" in this case means the ingredients are very good. There is not a single harsh, screaching, or offensive note to be found. The main accord I detect is citrus, perhaps in the form of mandarin orange or lemon, with neither one more detectable than the other. It reminds me of a mild Versace Eros Energy without that kick of the grapefruit spiciness. And that's it. Just a simple, clean fragrance. Parfumo here lists clove and licorice, but I can't detect either of those.
Boy vs girl... this is where it's a little vague. Your kid will smell good, but I would lean more towards a boy fragrance.
Scent Behavior:
Unlike almost all other fragrances I have, the opening and dry down scent are exactly the same; it doesn't change at all. What you smell at 1 minute is the same as at 20 minutes. As I said, a very simple fragrance. No depth or mysterious notes that emerge unpredictably.
Performance:
Now the bad: it doesn't last long. I get 30 minutes tops, which kindof makes sense for a kids fragrance. I wear this around the house when I want to smell something that puts me in a good mood.
Summary:
I would say this is a nice fragrance that is likely a step above the average kids selection in terms of quality. Is it worth the cost? At only $30 USD, it was for me. Overall thumbs up!
