40 Knots of Summer

I nervously unpack the fragrance mail from a SOUK. 5 mL of a fragrance that I've heard so much about and just can't place.
I spray a little on my wrist, smell it in a quiet environment and then it's all over me:

It's still a fresh summer morning, I'm lying in my bed in a hotel room in Punta Cana, letting the still weak sun shine on my face. "I have to get ready slowly - because today I'm sailing to the island of Isla Saona" I dream to myself.
No sooner said than done, I spray "Join The Club - 40 Knots | XerJoff" four times on my neck in proper style and set off.
With the first gust of wind through my fast gait, I feel the embracing honey note that reminds me of a delicious sun cream.

When I arrive at the sailing boat, I am greeted by Paolo, my guide - we then set off quickly. I notice my previously applied perfume a second time - "It smells completely different" I think to myself. And indeed, it has developed in an even more positive direction. It smells sweet and woody - almost a little like Indian sandalwood - but I'm not in the Indian Ocean, I'm in the Caribbean. And shortly after this thought, a salty sea breeze reaches me, which matches my wet shorts the whole time I'm moored on Isla Saona. Because there is no jetty, you have to jump straight from the water onto the sandy beach.

The beautiful island with its golden beach, deep blue clear water and blue sky casts a spell over me. What does this picture remind me of? Exactly: It looks exactly like the beautiful falcon of the "Join The Club - 40 Knots | XerJoff".
Paolo comes up to me and hands me a local drink called "Mamajuana", an alcoholic drink made mainly from rum, honey and a mixture of woods and herbs. Once again, I am amazed at how smoothly the honey rum with the woody aroma is absorbed through my mouth - as if I were drinking a drinkable version of my Xerjoff - crazy.

After a few hours, we head back on the sailboat at 40 knots towards the hotel. The salty honey is still in my nose after 9 hours! We arrive at dusk. I say goodbye and walk back to the hotel

Thank you "Join The Club - 40 Knots | XerJoff" - Chapeau. Until the next sprayer.
