Cocoa tobacco room
I wrote a statement about the fragrance a couple of months ago after a brand hiking letter test. It was a small manufacturer's sample, which of course doesn't spray as well as a bottle.
Even though I originally had problems with the fragrance's longevity, I bought a 16 ml mini bottle and have now been able to experience the fragrance properly.
It starts with a full load of tobacco and spices and is similar to Tobacco Vanille Eau de Parfum at first. However, a few minutes later you can notice the differences because Top Secret contains significantly more clove, which makes it slightly sour, while Tom Ford becomes much sweeter and more aromatic. Some say it's because it has honey in it.
The tobacco-clove phase lasts about 1-2 hours, during which time the fragrance really shines.
After 2 hours, the tobacco fades completely and sweet cocoa begins to dominate. I don't even get a hint of clove anymore. The scent becomes very sweet (but not overly sweet) and gourmand, but you can only smell it nearby.
It stays like this until the end (about 8 hours of total durability).
