The most gourmand scent i have ever tried!

Cinnamon rolls by thedoros kalotinis is a crazy realistic cinnamon bun scent. It smells just like i would imagine a perfume with the name would smell like but with some other sweetnes too. I can actually wear this scent even when its so sweet. Beautiful work by the greek perfumer! If a gourmand lover came up to me and asked for a perfume recommendation this would be it!

Cini Minis cereals

This is the best execution I've found of cinnamon as a note so far, yes this beats Angels' Share Eau de Parfum for me.

First off, it doesn't really smell like cinnamon rolls, more like my childhood cereal "Cini Minis" but that just brings nostalgia back. Vanillic, sweet, buttery cinnamon bomb.
It's very linear, it doesn't change much except it gets a little less "in your face".

Great stuff but might be a bit heavy for some, at the price point tho - give it a try.

Delicious cinnamon roll in perfurmary

Before I peruse this perfume; I have to say one tip:

If you have noticed, most brands in the world; put a symbol and a mark on their product, and people, by recognizing that symbol and mark; even if they do not know the name of that brand, guess that the product in question was from a certain brand.

For example; consider the perfume brand of Amouage. Most of this brand have oriental notes including frankincense, benzoin, and myrrh, and most of them are heavy perfumes with huge silage.

Here too, the above paragraph is completely true: Theodoros Kalitonis' brand has introduced a very buttery and oily feeling in most of its works, and it can be said that it has somehow made this symbol its own signature. For example, in the perfume Pear Gelato and Lemon Tart and Creme Brulee; you will encounter a buttery and very oily at first.

This perfume is the same. It has a oily and completely buttery immediately after spraying and this smell may not be pleasant for most people; But fortunately, this initial note disappears after about 10 minutes and is replaced by a very delicious and appetizing smell, which is the same as cinnamon roll.

Theodoros Kalitonis has recreated the smell of cinnamon roll very, very well, and when you smell the middle note of this perfume, you feel like you just bit into a cinnamon roll and you can smell that cinnamon and sugar and the smell of bread in your mouth and nose.

I can say that if you are interested in gourmand and edible perfumes; you will almost certainly like this perfume and it will be added to your perfume purchase list; the only negative point in my opinion is the oily and very buttery initial note of the perfume; otherwise it will be very fragrant after 10 minutes.

In terms of silage and longevity, both of these are average and neither too much nor too little. In terms of gender, I also think it is a unisex perfume.

I'm not gonna say I'm hating on the fragrance, but LET'S MOVE ON!

Got a crazy cinnamon rolls phase last year, so, what could be better than one of the most affordable niche creators, who calls himself "King of Gourmands", dropping a cinnamon roll fragrance ?!? Or so I thought, because, well, this doesn't smell like cinnamon rolls to me. The soft dough ? None. Excessive cinnamon indulgence ? Nahhhh. The ooey-gooey sweet lemon icing ? Nowhere to be found. But you know what this smells like ? Cinnamon oatmeal. NOTHING but cinnamon oatmeal. Which is, sure, not bad in itself, but it's more of a light, diet, non-sugary version of a cinnamon roll, and this was not what I was looking for at all. I'm not gonna talk about longevity or sillage because this review is already sad enough. The only good thing to take from this is that I got a Pear Gelato sample in my order and it's very good.

I LOVE gourmands. I like really sweet and cozy and warm scents. So of course I had to try this!

Oh wow, what a disappointment it was... the first spray gives some cinammon and sweetness (not enough of either, in my opinion) but that fades off super quick and within only a minute or two all I smell is wax. Not in a "smells like a scented candle" kind of way, but rather in a "newly opened jumbo box of plain candles" way. In fact, I tested this by comparing the scent to a box of plain candles and it was spot on.

The wax smell doesn't go away, the cinnamon and the sweetness never return. This is the first time in a long time that I found a scent that I truly truly don't like, and won't even keep for layering or anything. Straight out the door.
