Creamy, fluffy and just tremendously beautiful
This is clearly the star in the Contes de Parfum lineup!
Such a beautiful, fresh, feminine musk that is creamy and fluffy, never too much, but not too shy either. It's so smooth and refined, without any hint of scratchiness.
It's easy to imagine wearing this in a hot city like Sevilla in spring or summer, strolling around in a sundress and feeling clean and pretty even though the sun is scorching.
The orange blossom, which is the second strongest note besides musk, adds a nice nod to the city itself, which is full of orange trees that bloom in spring. No, I haven't been there yet, but I've seen pictures and would like to go one day.
There is a hint of warmth in the background, but I can't say which note it is.
As the linen note is kind of uncommon, I want to share my thoughts on this one, too: The fragrance does not feel as dry as the sensation of linen, which I don't remember to have a notable scent. It's also not a typical laundry scent, it's too natural for that. So, this note seems a little gimmicky to me, but I don't care, as the actual scent is so lovely.
I guess everything I said so far makes this sound like a total summer scent, but it also has its appeal in winter. It's pure as snow. In my opinion it's perfect daytime fragrance from January to September - in autumn and around Christmas I usually prefer warmer gourmands and spicy fragrances.
All in all, a big love for me.
